Justin Bieber is pictured greeting fans as he arrived at the David Letterman studios earlier today for his interview with the big guy.

He’s there to promote his film Never Say Never in 3D. Paramount Pictures is putting ticket sales for the movie on sale online tomorrow. I hope they don’t break the internets:

Moviegoers purchasing tickets for the film on Fandango.com and MovieTickets.com are automatically being entered in the “Ultimate Golden Ticket Sweepstakes,” which gives one lucky person from each site a date with Justin for their very own screening of “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” for them and their friends

The film hits theatres on February 11 which is just in time for that Valentine’s Day date y’all are dreaming about.

Halle Berry and her baby daddy (to daughter Nahla) Gabriel Aubry split up after having been together for 5 years and it was reported that they were working very well together in any custody arrangements.

Then news hit that Halle was dating her Dark Tide co-star Olivier Martinez and the two have been quite inseparable since.

On December 30 Gabriel filed papers to formally recognize him as Nahla’s father. That seemed out of the blue and a bit on the odd side considering by all accounts they were working quite amicably together.

TMZ is now reporting that Halle is in a legal fight with Gabriel and even went so far as to cancel a film commitment this week in New York to take care of this. She will be replaced by Katherine Heigl in New Years’ Eve. Her rep:

“Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.” She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention,” her rep says.

Are you shocked by this? I mean she has a baby with this guy, is working out custody amicably and then after he files paperwork to declare his legal rights, it’s at that point that she has a problem with him. I mean obviously the welfare of the baby is all that matters, but do you think this sounds a bit fishy?

The Teflon Don of sitcoms, Charlie Sheen has caught yet another break, thanks to his enablers camp that have put their heads together to come up with a solution to Charlie being in rehab.

TMZ is reporting that CBS, Warner Brothers and Charlie found an expert that they think will help him conquer his demons. Bitch, please. He has to want to conquer his demons and that’s unlikedly based on his text to Radar Online in which he states:

“I’m fine “People don’t seem to get it…. Guy can’t have a great time and do his job also?”

Yeah, he’s really ready to face his demons. It sounds to me like they are looking for someone to fix it for him as opposed to him actually working on himself.

TMZ featured a story earlier in which sources close to Charlie claim this ‘friend’ and assistant Rick Calamaro is a bad influence on him. Of course. It isn’t Charlie’s responsibility to take care of himself, it’s someone elses. Did the guy hold him down and stuff cocaine up his nose? I have a theory: you either want to do drugs or you don’t. Pretty simple, huh?

While I understand that Two and a Half Men employs 300 people, let’s call a spade a spade and stop enabling this guy. The police won’t even investigate the claims of a suitcase full of cocaine. How many times has he escaped investigations? What is it with this guy?

It amazes me that Lindsay Lohan is treated one way, and Charlie Sheen is treated so entirely different. Is it all because it boils down to money? Charlie makes a boatload of it for the stations? Is it gender discrimination? I read a very interesting article on it on Jezebel. Worth the read. Responses are also interesting.

The red carpet was bursting with colour last night at the 2011 Screen Actors Guild Awards.  It’s not easy choosing just one gown or even five gowns as favourites.   (How do you do it Cojo?)  So here are my picks from last night’s event:

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Valerie Bertinelli, Julianna Marguiles and Tina Fey ignited the red carpet in their red-hot sizzling gowns.  (It’s nice to see Valerie walk the red-carpet again.  Girl, what’s your secret to looking so great?  It must be the newlywed life!)   But wait a minute.  The colour of love isn’t just reserved for red when Hilary Swank and Heather Morris set hearts aflutter with the romance of blush in Versace and Romona Keveza.

Kim Kardashian is majestic  in her jewel-encrusted, plum Marchesa gown and some serious bling-bling by Lorraine Schwartz.  Am I surprised how Mariska Hargitay wows us once again?  Of course not.  What can I say about her simple, yet stylish, elegance that hasn’t been said before?  The lady is true grace in her strapless, bustled, purple Isaac Mizrahi gown.  (I love a bustled gown and not everyone can pull off wearing one the way Mariska can.  You go girl!)  Let’s not forget the ageless Susan Sarandon who graces us in a regal purple gown by Nicole Miller.  The only accessory missing was her tiara.  She looked princess perfect because I have a feeling that this lady was royalty in another life (or could be in this one).

However, on a night bursting with colour, Kyra Sedgwick proves that black never goes out of style in body-hugging, Thierry Mugler couture.   This lady could wear a potato sac and still look great!

Who needs colour though, when white dazzles for Winona Ryder, the ever so elegant Eva Longoria and mommy-in-waiting, Natalie Portman as they float down the red carpet in heavenly white.  Could a mommy-to-be  look more elegant in a form-fitting white gown than Natalie Portman?  Expectant mothers are applauding you everywhere, Natalie.  I just know they are!

Jesse James‘ crazy ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder posted bail yesterday and was released from the jail in Austin, TX, according to TMZ.

I think that if she isn’t going to be locked up in jail, she should have her phone taken away.  Or at least blocked to only make emergency calls. She’s a NUT job!  And I am not one to defend Jesse James.  He’s a piece of crap.  But that woman shouldn’t be calling him 300 times!
