Pamela Anderson was in London for her New Year’s Eve.  She was seen outside the Hilton hotel signing autographs while her got a ticket for parking on the sidewalk.

I know she’s Pamela Anderson, but that doesn’t usually give you leave to park wherever you want!  I mean look at those pictures (below), it’s ridiculous.  There’s a street and then there’s Pammy’s car parked up on the walkway.
