Who knew there was even an issue to begin with?  Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry apparently have custody issues that are requiring court action to sort out.

Halle Berry Wants Babies With This Man

Aubry filed papers in court on December 30, requesting that the court formally recognize that he is in fact the father of 2 1/2 year old daughter Nahla that he shares with Halle.

He just wants joint physical and legal custody, which is obviously not asking for too much.  I am curious though if this is just a legal technicality that he wanted covered.  Or did something go down between these two that spurred the legal action?
