Talk about crappy timing.  We aren’t supposed to be talking about lawsuits when we discuss the Golden Globes… we are talking red carpet fashion, shiny trophies, and Ricky Gervais.  WTF?

Well, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association is being sued by a public relations firm, Cinepoint Productions who say they were lied to after working for them for 17 years and then were let go when their contract ended.

Cinepoint says they made the Globes a ton of money and gave them the success and fame that they now have today.  Funny, I thought it was the celebrity focus that gave the Globes that stardom…..?

Cinepoint filed the suit today in L.A. County Superior Court  saying it was promised when its contract with the Association expired in 2009 it would be renewed.  Well, they weren’t renewed and they are pissed, so they are suing for the $2 million they could have made as well as punitive damages.

Okay… well…. can we just put this issue on the back burner till the Globes are over?  Thanks.

Kiefer Sutherland got his hair did a little spikey for the photocall of his new broadway play That Championship Season. The show also stars Jason Patric, Chris Noth, Jim Gaffigan and and Brian Cox.

I’m going to have to double-check but I’m pretty sure I may just have soiled myself a little with excitement. Even if this play sucks hairy balls it would still be worth seeing just to see Kiefer live and in person and hopefully get close enough to smell him.

The show is directed by Gregory Mosher, opening at the Bernard B Jacobs Theatre on 6 Mar 2011, following previews from 9 Feb 2011, where it will close on 29 May 2011.

Maroon 5′s Adam Levine and his girlfriend Victoria’s Secret model Anne Vyalitsyna are in bed together while a few dozen people, along with a film crew watch and take pictures. But it’s cool, because they are shooting scenes for Maroon 5′s upcoming music video “Never Gonna Leave This Bed in Los Angeles.

Adam and Anne have been dating for about a year and isn’t it usually around that time in a relationship that the film crew comes in? This is one very hot couple, yes?

I’ve also included those pictures of Adam Levine naked while his girlfriend gives him a ‘hand’ for testicular cancer awareness that appeared in Cosmopolitan. I know they have nothing to do with this series of photos, but why not?

When I hear the name Ann Taylor, I think of beautiful clothes and my mother in law.  Now I will be thinking of Katie Holmes as well.  Mrs. Cruise is now the face of the high end women’s workwear brand and she looks like she fits the bill perfectly.
