It’s official: Lindsay Lohan has been formally charged with felony grand theft for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach jewelery store.

Her bail has been set at $20,000 and if convicted she could face up to 1 year in a state prison. Not jail. PRISON. TMZ is live streaming the arraignment which will occur at 1:30 p.m. PT.
