Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez made their public debut as a couple at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party held at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood last night. And millions of tweens around the world wept in unison.

After the Academy Awards come the Oscar parties and the Vanity Fair one is the most coveted of them all. It’s a who’s-who of Hollywood that attends the party. Both those that were awarded an Academy Award and those that weren’t at the show but must be seen.

Last night there seemed to be a lot of buzz generated by the obvious chemistry between Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis. I wasn’t really paying attention but I saw a tweet to the effect of ‘imagine how Jessica Biel feels watching that’. I found tweeting last night much more fun than watching the Oscars. Anyhoo, Jessica turned up at the Vanity Fair party so she wasn’t too far from Justin.

Also making the party: Mick Jagger, Madonna, Jon Hamm, and lots of other people.
