I have been quite a big fan of Ashely Greene.  Of course, my favorite role for her would be Alice Cullen in the Twilight movies.  She nails that part so well.  Just like the book.  Amazing talent.

I was really excited when I heard about her new flick, Skateland coming to theaters on March 25.  It’s a very different role for her, but I think she is going to knock it out of the park.

Here’s the low down on the movie:

Skateland” explores the rupture of charismatic Ritchie Wheeler, brother and sister Brent and Michelle Burkham, and wise-cracking lady-killer Kenny Crawford’s seemingly complacent existence as they struggle with the collapse of their tumultuous home lives, the alcohol-induced idling of reckless adolescence, and the wane of their hometown hangout, the local roller rink. A story syncopated with moments of violent turbulence, of heartbreak and of new beginnings, “Skateland” immerses the audience in the brutal, but beautiful vastness of East Texas blue skies and the emotional claustrophobia of the Bible belt. Enveloped by the brooding melodies and incendiary rock riffs of the early ’80s, “Skateland” is a place where aging values wrestle with contemporary pop culture to create a paradoxical balance between old and new.

So it looks like a pretty good story with some depth.  Ashley is too adorable.   Will you be checking this one out?

They have named her, Ava Grace Strickland.  She arrived in Dallas weighing in at 6 lbs., 13 oz.

“Our lives have changed so much in the last two years and today we’ve been blessed with the best change ever, our beautiful baby girl,” Melissa gushed to People.

I think they are one of the cutest couples ever.  I am so happy for them and their beautiful little family.  Congrats and enjoy your sweet bundle!

Kim learned the socialite ropes from Paris back in the day.  Now they are older and wiser and the age of 30 and it seems like they are going to have a pretty good chance of being besties again.

How cute are Celine Dion’s twin babies? The Canadian songstress Celine, 42,  is back in Las Vegas where she starts rehearsals for her new show that is set to debut March 15 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Celine is holding her son Nelson Angelil while her husband and manager Rene Angelil, 69, is holding baby Eddy. To Rene’s left is their son Rene-Charles Angelil, 10. The little bundles of joy were born October 23, 2010 making them less than 4 months old.
