Charlie Sheen did something positive yesterday.  He didn’t bring along any porn stars, skanks, drugs, or a nasty assistant.   Nope, Charlie went to UCLA for batting practice with some Major League Baseball players (he loves baseball.)

Coco Crisp, Eric Davis, Brandon Watson and Milton Bradley all joined Sheen out on the field for some ball out in the nice weather.

Later on, UCLA’s head coach John Savage asked Charlie to talk with the team about drug abuse.  Charlie was down, so he opened up to the guys about his own issues and lessons he’s learning.

The team welcomed the talk with open arms and even gave him a standing ovation.

I have to admit, that’s the most refreshing thing I’ve heard about Charlie in ages. Nice.

Thankfully Anderson Cooper (and his crew) are back in America from reporting on the turbulence in Egypt where he is safe and sound. He visited David Letterman to talk about his experience of being punched by several “pro-Mubarak thugs”.

He seems in fine form and even found humour in it all, but from the sounds of it I can’t imagine what that feels like to go through and how terrified they must have been.

So this season of The Bachelor has been anything but good.  Why?  Perhaps because of the fact that the bachelor is Brad Womack.  He is so pathetic, it’s painful. But I am an all out reality TV addict, and I can’t help myself.

Brad has been using his bad relationship with his father as his excuse for having a commitment phobia.  He’s worked every angle on these ladies.

Little did they know, as they were falling for him, just how full of crap he really is.  For one thing, he proposed to his last girlfriend, weeks before he began filming the show. Yeah, Laurel Kagay spilled the beans on that one.  She figures that the girl he proposed to should know the truth.  I agree!  He couldn’t have been ready for this “journey” if he was proposing weeks before it began!

Then the latest is the fact that Brad’s own father has outed him for his flock of lies. Steve Womack spoke with Star about his fake sob story,

“I was shocked when I saw how Brad talks about our relationship.  We talk at least once a week and we text message all the time.”

That is really sad.  Brad is willing to exploit his own father and make up this kind of crap as an excuse for his own, twisted mind that still needs therapy.

Brad Womack…. such a loser.  Yuck.  I’d love to grab that fist full of roses and smack him upside the head with it!

While Ashton Kutcher is in Paris promoting ‘No Strings Attached’ or as the French call it ‘Sex Friends’ his wife Demi Moore gets her shop on with Salma Hayek and a bunch of paparazzi in their tow.

You can also see Ashton sitting in a private jet with Ivan Reitman across from him. Imagine that kind of life? Off to Paris on a private jet to do a little business and a lot of shopping and dining. I imagine going through customs when you are on board a private jet to be an entirely different process than the probing you and I get.

Demi first visited Frette before meeting up with Salma and her husband Francois Pinault. They then headed to Japanese restaurant Kinugawa et Hanawa where they met up with Ashton and fueled up for some more retail therapy. Demi and Salma then hit Lanvin and Hermes boutiques.

Salma looks pretty cool in her outfit. The hat makes her look gangsta-like, but the necklace has to go. It looks like something her mechanic welded together with parts from his garage. Of course I’m talking Bentley parts.

Say it ain’t so!  Russell Brand and Katy Perry are rumored to be having marital problems already.  They are only three months into this marriage but starting last month, they supposedly started going to therapy.

So what’s the problem?  Oh the usual.  Separate lives.  You know.  The same thing that ails all celebrity marriages that have two careers in the picture.

Russell is busy filming movies and Katy is getting ready to launch her 95 date tour in about a week and it spans 10 months.  Yeah, that’s not going to help things at all.  Not a lot of time for soiling the sheets when your schedule is packed like that.

During the summer, Katy was able to spend a lot of time with Russell while he filmed, but now that won’t be the case.

Do you think this marriage can last?  Will the trouble only get worse when she heads out in a few days?  Or do Katy and Russell have what it takes to stand the long distance relationship?
