They just aren’t the kind she’d like to have.  It’s another trip to the courthouse and then into booking for Lindsay Lohan today. This necklace stealing scandal is taking it’s toll on Lilo and it is going to get ugly before it gets better.

Lindsay is going to plead not guilty today.  Why?

“I honestly feel I did nothing wrong.  I’m pleading not guilty because I’m NOT!”

It seems like everyone wants to throw the book at her for this necklace.  I can’t understand why though.  Why on earth would Lindsay Lohan want to steal a necklace?  And then wear it publicly for the paparazzi to snap pictures of?  None of this makes sense to me.  She has no motive.

The Deck Has Been Stacked AGAINST Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay will be arraigned today at 1:30 PM/PT where she will enter a not guilty plea.  Then she will be taken into the basement of the courthouse to have a new mug shot taken, then she will post bail that is said to be set at $500,000, then she will head home.

That is a really crappy Wednesday if you ask me.

Decked out in animal print was the gorgeous Brooklyn Decker, and in leather, a sexy and very happy Nicole Kidman rocked the red carpet with her uber sexy husband Keith Urban.  Dave Matthews also appears in the film and I’ve heard he’s quite funny in it.

The romantic comedy is described as:

On a weekend trip to Hawaii, a plastic surgeon convinces his loyal assistant to pose as his soon-to-be-divorced wife in order to cover up a careless lie he told to his much-younger girlfriend.

Last night I caught TMZ and their cameras caught up with the young girl in the movie, Bailee Madison and not only is she the sweetest kid you’ve ever met, she is so mature and smart beyond her years. They were trying to trick her into saying something negative about her co-stars and she told them she wasn’t falling for it. The girl will be 11 in October.

Judging from the trailers it actually looks pretty good and I’ve been hearing good things about it from those that have already seen it.

In these photos, Halle is seen leaving Pane E Vino after having lunch with a friend and does some shopping as well. When she left the restaurant she was totally swarmed by photographers.

As you know Halle Berry is making headlines in the news with her ugly custody battle with Nahla’s baby-daddy Gabriel Aubry in which the latest is a racial war between the two parents.

Word is that Gabriel flies into a rage every time someone refers to his daughter as black, insisting she is white. And Halle just came out with an Ebony cover and interview in which she says about Nahla:

“I feel she’s Black. I’m Black and I’m her mother, and I believe in the one-drop theory.”

The one drop theory:

Refers to a classification system which states that anyone with even “one drop” of black heritage should be classified as black.

I’m not going to get in on that debate because it’s hardly up to me to give an opinion on it, but I just wish the public mud-slinging would stop. They are parents and are not setting a very good example for their daughter.

The thing I find incredibly odd is that a man who was with a black woman for a few years, and had a child with her, would fly into a rage at the thought his daughter is black.

It’s either a pile of crap or he’s a nutcase. Despite Halle being raised by her white mother, Halle has publicly acknowledged her mother raised her to think of herself as black and Halle embraces that.

She is, to me, one of the most beautiful women in the entire world. Both on the inside and the outside. She strikes me as a gentle soul but breathtakingly beautiful.

Prince performed at Madison Square Gardens last night where he pulled some people up on stage (was the first one Wanda Sykes?), the most talked-about being Kim Kardashian. When she failed to shake her booty he kicked her off the stage. It was hysterical.

The humour was not lost on Kim as she tweeted:

Come on people! Doesn’t anyone have a sense of humor?! Prince must not have seen Dancing With The Stars! LOL

She tweeted that she redeemed herself with a second chance on stage from the Purple Prince:

Went up on stage AGAIN! This time I redeemed myself! We all danced while Prince played the piano! Wow! What a night!

I couldn’t find any video of the redemption dance so we’re going to have to take her word for it.
