Kate Hudson and her baby daddy boyfriend Muse singer, Matthew Bellamy are seen arriving at Scott’s Restaurant in London, England. Not the bucket of chicken Scotts, but a place where they don’t use paper products to wipe your mouth with.

And seeing that a picture is worth a thousands words, these pictures are worth a whole lot of words. Let’s dissect and analyze the sh*t out of them, shall we?

Take the pictures of them in the car (actually it almost looks like public transit, but whatever). Not only are they not sitting close together (and they have mucho opportunity given it’s a bench and not bucket seat), they don’t seem to even be looking at each other. Unless of course you consider the look of contempt she gives him. He looks constipated.

Now we move on to them exiting the vehicle. Do you LOVE the way he holds the door open for her? What a gentleman. This is the woman who is pregnant with his child. My husband would be carrying me around. Oh wait a minute, he’s fixed. We would be having a very different type of encounter. Anyhoo it looks like him leaving the door open, and it NOT slamming shut on her, is an afterthought and perhaps a tad inconvenient.

And finally the walk of shame to the restaurant. I say walk of shame because the tension is so thick you can gut it with a knife. It’s awkward. Not for them, but for me to look at these. I’m embarrassed for them. They are not royalty, not even close. Yet she walks several feet behind him. She looks cold, and she’s pregnant and you would never know they were together if you didn’t know who they were.

Every couple has their days, but some relationships move too fast too soon and fizzle out just as quickly. I wonder if this is that type of relationship? I don’t care for Kate Hudson. Totally judgmental of me, I know. But I don’t care.

My spidey senses tell me she’s not a very nice girl. And not very genuine. And then there is her track record with men. She comes across as desperate. I have to wonder if these pictures are the dawning of her desperation to Matt. Wouldn’t you be pissed? Meow.

Oh how I ENVY Hugh Jackman. To be able to eat 6,000 calories a day and not gain major weight would be one of the greatest pleasures in life. But keep in mind it’s for his Wolverine movie so that probably also means major time at the gym:

“Darren said with the last one, ‘Hey you looked great, but you’re so tall that in those long shots you looked kind of like Clint Eastwood, and that’s not Wolverine,’” “He said that Wolverine, in the comics, is powerful, stocky…he’s short and thick. So he said, ‘I want you to go there, get bigger.’”

The Darren he refers to is Black Swan director Darren Aronofsky. Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman lost major weight for that roles. I think I would rather have the Wolverine role. What about you?

Hugh is pretty happy to be making this film:

I’m really, really pumped about it. I feel like all the planets are finally aligned to make a great movie. We finally have the character and with this mythology — ever since [the 2000 Bryan Singer film] “X-Men,” when I was kind of hanging around and reading all these comics,  because I was cast before I ever read any X-Men comics, so I was trying to get my hands on everything. I remember saying to [producer] Lauren Shuler Donner, “Lauren, I don’t know about you, but I’ve seen this Japanese story, and I think it’s so good. It’s just genius, it’s brilliant.” And we kind of always talked about it from there on. I sort of even wanted to do that in the third X-Men movie at first, but we thought, no, we really need to establish who he is at first, and we did that [with "X-Men Origins: Wolverine"], and now this is  sort of the cherry on top, to finally do it and have Darren Aronofsky direct it. I love his gung-ho attitude toward it and great vision. Straight off, it’s not a sequel, it’s a stand-alone, and I think we’re going to make one that people will describe as the best of the bunch.

We’re going to have to be patient because the movie isn’t going to be released until 2012. But it will be worth the wait, don’t you think?

Move over Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva. It seems that daily things are going from bad to worse for the Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry custody battle that’s brewing with a he-said/she-said story popping up daily.

It all began with a split that was by all accounts considered amicable. Until Gabriel filed court documents to establish his parental rights. That’s when it all hit the fan.

That’s when Halle had to bow out of a film so she could vigorously protect her daughter from Gabriel, who she had serious issues with as a father to their child. Up until his court filing, they were apparently working things out. Halle’s camp issued a very strong statement:

“Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.” She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention,” her rep says.

Some might argue the timing is a little too suspect. Some might say she was taking the high road until she felt cornered. Everyone’s got an opinion. What do you think?

Yesterday came allegations that Gabriel hurled the ‘n’ word at Halle with allegations he demeaned her on a regular basis. Apparently there are texts to back up this claim. Claims that Nahla is now suddenly terrified of Gabriel also came out yesterday when a source in Halle’s camp said that Nahla starts crying hysterically and throwing tantrums whenever Gabriel picks her up for visits and that Halle is convinced something bad is happening to her child.

Protecting the child is the number one priority here without question. When there are allegations such that Halle’s camp is making, they should always be investigated in the best interest of the child. That’s a given. But the timing of these allegations does not lend to Halle’s credibility.

If there were issues, the question becomes why didn’t Halle initiate the filing of court documents protecting her daughter? Why wait until Gabriel files legal papers for his parental rights? Maybe she didn’t want to go public with any of this and for all we know she could have been working on it in the background all along.

TMZ is reporting today that a former girlfriend of Gabriel’s is now coming forward stating that he was “very disrespectful to women” during the two years they dated and she is going to be reaching out to Halle shortly. They have mutual friends apparently. She states that Gabriel is borderline racist which would back Halle’s claims up.

RadarOnline is reporting today that a friend of Gabriel’s is stating it’s all bullsh*t and that Gabriel has voicemails, emails and texts of Halle and her psycho-drama where she goes all Mel Gibson on him. Probably no where near as bad, but you get the point. You should go check out all that this ‘source’ has to say but here’s a snippet:

“I honestly think Gabriel should release some of these messages he has from Halle, and tell his side of the story, but he won’t, he said he’s going to save them for family court, which will be a private, press-free environment. I know it sounds like I’m painting a picture but Gabriel truly does not want to do anything at all that could potentially damage his daughter, and he knows attacking Halle in the press would ultimately do that.

This source claims that Halle told Gabriel he was only good for one thing and ‘thanks for the donation’. Ouch. So is this a case of him getting even by filing court papers, or is this a father who truly wants to be a part of his daughter’s life? He’s remained pretty tight lipped with the exception of the one statement his camp released:

“While Gabriel is disappointed in Halle’s decision to falsely malign him publicly and for her own purposes, he refuses to be pulled into her dispute over a canceled film production. Gabriel also refuses to air their issues in the press as he believes this may ultimately harm their daughter. The fact is that Gabriel is a caring father who shares custody of Nahla,”

“Gabriel fully believes that a consistent and balanced living situation and two loving parents are crucial for their child even if Ms. Berry feels otherwise. He will always defend his rights as a father and will always consider Nahla’s best interest. Halle’s continuing allegations in the press are untrue and irresponsible.”

So there you have it. It’s looking like this fight is getting uglier and uglier by the minute. The only people who will gain in a situation like this are the lawyers and the one person who loses the most is Nahla.

We may never know the truth in this situation (like it’s our business), but in a lot of custody battles the fight doesn’t always have anything to do with the child but is more of a vindictive play of the former couple with issues of control and ego getting in the way of what is most important: Nahla.

On Rachael’s latest episode airing today, Rachael is facing her fears.  She told People after the taping,

“It’s just so intimidating.  That was more skin than I show at the beach. I’m usually the girl in the long poncho.  I felt really awkward,” says Ray. “You feel like you’re showing people your naked, icky body.  I liked that they build boobs into the dress.  It’s fun to have fake boobs for an hour and then give them back so you don’t have to lug them around.”

I think Rachael is a doll.  Good for her!  I hope she inspires more women to brave it!
