Yesterday a search warrant was issued for Lindsay Lohan’s Venice Beach home because she was believed to have stolen a necklace valued at $5,000 on January 21 from a jewelery store in the same area. Investigators stated that Lindsay,24 had been both photographed and videotaped wearing the piece.

TMZ is reporting that an associate of Lindsay’s surrendered the piece to police and it sits in a police locker classified as evidence.

Lindsay is on probation and could be facing charges from the Betty Ford assault incident. Additionally, as TMZ stated, just because it was turned in doesn’t mean Lindsay is out of the woods. The jewelery store owner could press charges if she so desired.

Why doesn’t she just say it was for Charlie Sheen and all will be forgiven?

ABC announced yesterday that Dancing With The Stars will return for Season 12 on March 21, 2011! Finally we have a date. However the celebrity lineup for the show won’t be announced until the February 28th episode of The Bachelor. This forces me to watch it this season. I think I can stomach it for one night.

It was a family affair in Toronto last night as Justin Bieber premiered Never Say Never. He was joined by his mom Pattie Mallette, father Jeremy Bieber and his little sister Jazymin. She is so adorable I just can’t get over it. His great grandmother Estelle Corbeil can be seen proudly kissing her great grandson. So, so sweet!

Also making an appearance was his dear friend and fellow Canadian, Drake (Aubrey Graham).

Imagine the decibel level of the shrieks last night at the AMC Theatre at Yonge and Dundas. I’m surprised I didn’t hear them.

I’ve thrown in pictures of him at the press conference for the film as well. Canada is very proud of this kid. Despite all the craziness that his life has become he remains a really level-headed kid. His mom did a great job on him.

Well first we have Dana Carvey and Linkin Park this week (Feb. 5) but then we get the most fabulous, Russell Brand on the 12th.  Chris Brown is the musical guest and yeah, I am less than thrilled about that.  But Russell will make up for that, so I will still watch.

Why Chris Brown is being let back into the industry so easily is beyond me.  But nonetheless, he’s still here and I have to deal with it.  He’s got his new album, F.A.M.E. coming out on March 22.  So I am sure we will be hearing a couple of tracks off of that on Saturday.

Russell will be promoting Hop out on April Fools Day (1st) and Arthur on April 8th.  I can hardly wait to see Russell rock SNL. This is his first time and well, it’s about time he lost his virginity.

So the History Channel total bagged Katie Holmes and the $30 million miniseries, The Kennedys.  I thought that was total BS and a complete slap in the face to the entire cast and crew, along with American history in general.  But, I will hold back and not totally go “there.”

They tried to find the show a home and were having no luck until cable network ReelzChannel picked it up.  The show is now set to premiere on April 3.

ReelzChannel CEO Stan Hubbard said,

“One of the benefits of being an independent network is that you can be an independent voice and you don’t have to worry about corporate pressure or political pressure,. This is a project that deserves to be seen.”

I completely agree.  I just am not too sure who’s even heard of this channel?
