Lindsay Lohan Surveillance Tape Backs Up Her Claims Of Innocence
Lindsay Lohan has been protesting her innocence since this whole alleged necklace stealing incident took place and a lot of people were calling her out on it. Well TMZ is reporting that the surveillance tape backs up her claims of innocence in a very big way.
In the tape it is very obvious she isn’t trying to steal it because she tries the necklace on, asks her assistant and the store owner how it looks, strolls around the jewelery store for a bit with it still on and even talks to the owner a bit before casually strolling out. As TMZ states that’s hardly the actions of someone trying to steal it.

Earlier reports were that it was apparent that her assistant was trying to distract the owner while Lindsay made off with the necklace. This tape reports anything but that scenario.
Good thing for Lindsay that she maintained her innocence all along.
