TMZ is reporting that David Arquette has been in a head-on crash when he was driving his silver Cadillac in West Hollywood.

He’s pictured here on the ground and bleeding, but has since been taken away in the ambulance. It’s not known how serious the injuries are at this point.

The vehicles look pretty bad. I hope that either he, or anyone else was not hurt seriously.
