Katie Holmes Has Some Words For The “Haters”

And her words are very few.  Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are always under the celebrity microscope.  That is to be expected.  But given the fact that they have their 4 year old, Suri out at 1 am for dinners, playing with penis-shaped candies, wearing heels and red lipstick, not to mention the pacifier she is still seen with publicly, things are a bit different for this little family.

Suri Cruise Has An Addiction

Katie was approached at the John Frieda Precision Foam Colour event Tuesday night in NYC,  and when asked if she was tired of her parenting being critiqued, she said “no” then  added, “Suri is doing great, thank you.”

But you want to know who is really concerned?  Katie’s parents.  They are so not on board with Tom’s Scientology and their lack of boundaries for Suri.  Who can blame them?

What do you think?  Are Tom and Katie doing a good job?  Or could you give them a few lessons on parenting?

Jeremy Piven To Replace Charlie Sheen On Two and A Half Men?

Now this is a replacement I can get behind. Although I don’t think there is any replacing Charlie Sheen on Two and A Half Men, it is clear that Charlie isn’t coming back. Not only is he not welcome, he isn’t interested.

But the thought of Jeremy Piven to replace Charlie Sheen on Two and A Half Men is one replacement that makes sense. There have been talks of Jerry O’Connell and others (they are so memorable I can’t even remember who) but Jeremy Piven has the douche-factor down pat and would suit the role totally.

The question is, can he juggle Two and A Half Men and Entourage? Perhaps he will cut down on his role in Entourage? That would be a shame because he really makes the show pop.

A source close to the Two and A Half Men situation told Radar Online exclusively:

“Jeremy is a great actor and a hot commodity, his name has come up a couple of times in talks about who, if anybody, could step into Charlie’s shoes.

What do you think? Should Two and A Half Men just go away, or should they try it with Jeremy Piven as a replacement?

Radar is also reporting, however, that CBS President and CEO Les Moonves is trying to talk Warner Brothers into forgiving and forgetting the Charlie Sheen drama and getting the dude back to the show!

Keep in mind, reps for Jeremy say they haven’t heard squat about an offer:

No one connected in any way with Jeremy knows anything about this and that would include Jeremy.”

It will be very interesting to see how this all pans out. What do you think should happen with Two and A Half Men?

No Plea Deal For Lindsay Lohan, She’s Going To Trial

No Plea Deal For Lindsay Lohan, She's Going To Trial

Lindsay Lohan will not be taking the plea deal being offered her in her felony theft case TMZ is reporting. And that means Lindsay Lohan is going to trial. But so confident is this rehabbed actress of her case, that she’s willing to take the chance of risking several years in prison to face this trial.

The preliminary hearing for her grand theft case is to be heard by Judge Stephanie Sautner and is set for April 22. By going to trial Lindsay takes a risk of the judge declaring she is in violation of her parole in which case she will go to jail before the hearing for the grand felony theft case. And if she loses that she could  face prison.

Michael Lohan Arrested For Domestic Violence

However were she to accept the plea deal originally, she would be on probation for 3 years. And that’s a long time in Lindsay years.

The best thing that could happen to Lindsay is for the new judge not to rule on the parole violation and for her to go to trial and win.

We wish Lindsay the best of luck in this.

Though her loss is devastating to those of us who held her so close and so dear, we will always be inspired by her enduring contribution to our world. “Her remarkable body of work in film, her ongoing success as a businesswoman, and her brave and relentless advocacy in the fight against HIV/AIDS, all make us all incredibly proud of what she accomplished. We know, quite simply, that the world is a better place for mom having lived in it. Her legacy will never fade, her spirit will always be with us, and her love will live forever in our hearts.”

Russell Brand On Married Life: ‘I Had Sex Five Times a Day, Now I Like Gardening

How funny is that? Russell Brand, 35, a self-admitted sex addict married Katy Perry, 26, in India last year and is quite committed to her, but before that he had a very active sex life he revealed in Piers Morgan’s Life Stories:

‘I can’t believe I used to have sex 20 times a week, especially now I’m married. But now I’m a bloody good gardener.’

And despite less-frequent romps (as far as we know) it’s still all bliss on the marital front:

‘We haven’t been married for very long, we’re both working very hard and I’m still excited and enchanted by her but when we do I’m going to focus on it.’

The ‘when we do’ he is referring to is having children. He’s looking forward to it and it’s definitely in their future:

‘I’m aware I have no recourse if they misbehave. “Expelled from school for drugs? Well done you’re on target.”

And how is he adjusting to living with someone now:

‘It’s difficult getting used to one person and being in the same house everyday.’ She takes ages to get ready. It’s unbelievable. I had no idea what went on, I was never normally around for that bit.’

But it’s all good and Russell admits he was never in love before Katy:

Don’t look at things as in “rest of life”. Of course marriage is for life and that’s what I wanted but anything for the rest of life can be daunting.’

‘I’ve never been in love before Katy, as now I rate love as being willing to change for someone.’

What a change in him! And as for his past womanizing ways he spilled his guts to Katy on everything “I told her like an idiot, as I was so dazzled by the change.’

The interview with Piers is set to air next month.
