Brad and his twin brother Chad noticed a dude in the park near Brad’s Texas home having some sort of a freaky panic attack and they came to the rescue.  The stayed with the guy until the EMTs arrived and took over.

The man was then transported to a nearby hospital in where he was treated for a non-life threatening medical condition.

I guess Brad has a good side to him after all.  No, I still don’t like him.

The royal wedding hasn’t even happened yet, but there is a movie about the very famous royal couple.  Kate Middleton and Prince William are getting ready to walk down the aisle on April 29, but first, they get to watch a movie all about them.

Here we go again.  I swear, the most ridiculous lawsuits come out of California.  What is with the desperate cry for easy money? Anyhow, Wolfgang Puck has a super nice restaurant in Beverly Hills, CUT and that is the company at the center of this lawsuit.

Former server, David Kallman (52) filed the papers in court yesterday, claiming he was fired after falling victim to various negative age-related comments.

He is claiming that the staff in general was constantly making jokes at his expense, ripping on his age.  So Kallman is suing Wolfgang Puck Worldwide Inc and others, for unspecified damages for over $25,000.

I am pretty sure that people are willing to do just about anything to make a quick buck these day… or 25,000.  Sometimes life is rough.  But you deal with it.  You don’t take it out on a former employer.

Holly isn’t sitting in her room, wearing sweats and eating vats of ice cream (like I would be.)  She’s keeping her spunky self together and keeping the party going.  She just hosted a party with Brody Jenner at Chateau nightclub in Las Vegas.  Girl will have a new boy before you know it  OMG.  How cute would Brody and Holly be together?! Oh wait, he’s still with Avril and he tends to stick with brunettes….

Tonight saw the season premiere of Season 12 of Dancing With The Stars and I was pretty excited for this line up and it was even better than I thought it would be! Lots of amazing surprises! Think Ralph Macchio! Here are the dances, and songs that they danced to, along with the scores thanks to Wikipedia.org:

Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas – She is just a sweetheart and a fabulous dancer. Lots of personality and confidence and chemistry with Mark.

Wendy Williams and Tony Dovolani – I don’t know a lot about Wendy other than she’s a talk show host and has a personality larger than life, but I was surprised at how emotional she is. Not a judgment call, but I got the impression she has a very tough exterior. But she’s a softie. She was nervous, and who wouldn’t be, right?

Hines Ward and Kym Johnson – He was a favourite of tonight. His personality and winning smile won the hearts of a lot of people not to mention his Steeler Nation fans!

Petra Nemcova and Dimitry – She is grace and class personified. There’s nothing shallow about this supermodel as she was understandably shaken up by the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan having experienced the Indonesian tsunami herself. She knows what matters in life and her beauty is both inside and out.

Romeo & Chelsie Hightower – He’s got a great personality! And the chemistry between him and Chelsie is hot! I hope he sticks around for a long while. He’s fabulous.

Sugar Ray Leonard & Anna Trebunskaya – Damn he still looks fine! He’s such a perfectionist you have to admire that in him. At first he was a little stiffer than I thought he would be given how he could beat the crap out of someone in the ring so effortlessly and almost dance in the ring. However as the dance went on he really loosened up. He’s someone I would like to see stick around. Bruno wanting to call him Sugar was hysterical!

Kendra Wilkinson & Louis Van Amstel – I love her!! She’s got a great personality. Very uninhibited. She was nervous but  I think she did great and if that’s the first dance I think she has great potential!

Ralph Macchio & Karina Smirnoff – The Karate Kid did good! Omg I can’t believe he’s 49! He has such a baby face. I was really pleasantly surprised by how amazing he was! It was so old Hollywood I found myself mesmerized by them. It was totally great showmanship as Bruno said. He is a very strong contender.

Chris Jericho & Cheryl Burke – Before they even hit the dance floor the audience was going NUTS. He gets better looking each time I see that piece of man meat. Perfect choice of song. He was a little bit stiff but damn his sexiness makes up for everything. Dude could drool all over the hardwood and I wouldn’t much care because he is a fine piece of meat. Nom nom nom.

Mike Catherwood & Lacey Schwimmer – He hosts ‘Love Line’ with Dr. Drew. Never heard of him but I like his personality and energy. And I love Lacey! He’s really quite stiff but he tries so hard and I can only imagine how nerve-wracking it is to be on that stage knowing there are millions watching you on TV as well.   He’s hysterical. I hope he stays just for that.

Kirstie Alley & Maksim Chmerkovskiy – I have been waiting for her all night! I love her. She’s 60 freaking years old!!!!! Holy sh*t!!! Omg I LOVE her. She was FABULOUS!!!!! And you could see how much Maks enjoys dancing with her!!! I can’t remember seeing him smile so much. Her foot placement for the cha-cha-cha was the best of the night according to Bruno.  She had a great time doing it. Omg she has got to stay on so we can watch her every week.
