Snooki used to be a big fan of Ne-Yo.  Ne-Yo was never a fan of Snooki.  And so he didn’t hold back when he discovered her on the cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine.

Ne-Yo took to his Twitter page to display his disgust:

“Wow. Snooki is on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. Really? I quit. (Just kidding, but almost serious….).”

I will admit, I was a bit taken back when I saw her on there.  I thought that covering Rolling Stone was a thing of honor.  Like an achievement.  Sort of like a Grammy or something.

Naturally, Snooki had to fire back with something in her own defense, and I don’t blame her,

“I was just really upset,” she told Us Weekly. “I’m a big fan of Ne-Yo. Every song was on my iPod and I deleted them yesterday just because of his comments.  Why do you hate me? I’m the nicest person ever. I understand you are a little mad cause your career is not up right now and I’m on the cover but you know what–like I’m a nice person and I deserve it, so get over it.”

Yeah, that isn’t phasing him in the least,

“I don’t know her so I can’t disrespect her, but I feel like Rolling Stone is a music magazine,” he told E! News. “And for them to put her on the cover, it’s like, ‘Really?’”

What do you think?  Should anyone be “allowed” on the cover of Rolling Stone?  Or should only the best of the best be allowed there.   Although, even with that…. Snooki is the best at something…. just sayin’……

Gilbert Godfrey Fired For Offensive Japan Jokes

Everything that they make from the sale of it will go to water provisions in African countries and republics including Rwanda, Uganda, and Cameroon.

“To me it inspires hope when it’s more upbeat and spirited, and I think that that is what the conversation should be about,” says Solange of the charitable record.

With the crisis in Japan right now from the earthquakes and tsunami, it’s a great reminder of all the other places in the world in great need.  Japan needs our help, and so do so many other corners of the earth.

This song is so inspiring, the video is touching.  My hope is that everyone who can, will do something on a regular basis to help these countries out.  If we don’t, who will?

Comedian Gilbert Gottfried has been fired from his job as the voice of the duck for Aflac Insurance after he tweeted inappropriate and insensitive Japan Tsunami jokes on March 12 and 13th.

The insurance company released a statement:

“Gilbert’s recent comments about the crisis in Japan were lacking in humor and certainly do not represent the thoughts and feelings of anyone at Aflac,” the company, which does 75% of its business in Japan, said in a statement. “There is no place for anything but compassion and concern during these difficult times.”

He has deleted the insensitive jokes but you can be completely offended by them if you visit BuzzFeed where they have captured screen shots of the worst ten.

The 8.9 earthquake and subsequent Tsunami is so devestating that it’s impossible to see the humour in it, but especially not this soon. Mind you, I don’t think ever.

What do you think? Gilbert just doing his job as a comedian or much too offensive regardless?

Canadian rocker, photographer and philanthropist, Bryan Adams is going to be a daddy for the first time at the age of 51! He confirmed on his website that he and his personal assistant Alicia Grimaldi are having a baby together:

“She (helped) me start my foundation years ago and it looks like she’ll be running the family now!”

According to rumours the baby is due in May. His acoustic tour stops on April 16 in Seattle where he is taking a break until June where he finishes his tour up in Europe and the U.K.

….Is a load of crap.  Rumors have been buzzing that Mila Kunis was a big reason that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel broke up.  How did these rumors begin?  Oh.. all it took was Mila and Justin starring in Friends With Benefits together and BAM!  They are sleeping together.  That’s the way of the world right?
