Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today where she had to decide if she would accept the judge’s offer of a plea. By doing so, it would involve jail time for sure. Possibly up to 3 months, otherwise if she doesn’t accept the judges offer the case goes to trial. She has the opportunity to appear before Judge Keith Schwartz again on March 25 to reconsider his ‘offer’.

If she doesn’t accept it then goes to Judge Stephanie Sautner for a preliminary hearing on April 22, 2011.  On that date the new judge will decide if Lindsay violated her parole. If the answer is yes (and TMZ is reporting that’s most likely what will happen), Lindsay goes to jail while she awaits trial! Either way, it doesn’t look like jail time is avoidable.

Yesterday Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley met with the judge and the Danette Meyers in the hopes of striking a deal. She wasn’t so lucky.

I first fell in love with Brittany Snow on the show American Dreams.  And well, she’s come a long way since then and she’s only gotten better with time.  And yes, her sex appeal has obviously risen to a whole new level.

Are you single?
I’m so single. It’s funny. I’m usually a relationship girl. I love being in love and having a partner in crime. But it’s good to be your own partner in crime. God, that makes me sound like I have multiple-personality disorder.

So what do you do for fun?
Music is a huge part of my life. I get to do a little singing on the show, but it’s not like I want to be a pop star. I can’t pull off that sexy pop singer face. It’s too much for me.

It’s funny, because I’ve never done anything like this before, so the whole experience was a big step for me. But it was cool. I felt really comfortable and had a great time.

Audrina Patridge has dumped her guy, Corey Bohan.  They’ve always had an unstable, on and off relationship.  So it’s not like this split comes as some kind of shocker.

What is a bit on the surprising side is that Audrina is already ready to move on.  The breakup only happened over the weekend and now she’s got her eyes on Prince Harry‘s pal,  a polo player named Nic Roldan.

“Major sparks flew between Audrina and Nic Saturday night, and the entire evening they couldn’t stop laughing and touching each other,” a source tells Us. “Audrina seemed to be having the time of her life, dancing and mingling with guests, but you could tell she was especially focused on Nic.  He gave her a private polo lesson at the International Polo Club in Wellington.”

Oh la la Audrina!  You go girl!  Private lesson and all!  I have a feeling we will be seeing all of this on her new VH1 show, Audrina.

Ashley Olsen and her boyfriend, Justin Bartha have parted ways after more than two years together.  They were searching for a loft together in New York City only three months ago and he was even reportedly on the brink of proposing and then things went south.

All goods things must come to an end right?  I just hate seeing her single.  Ashley seems to thrive on life so much more so when she’s got a man.

Hopefully she’ll move on quickly and remain a happy girl in the meantime.

Cameron Diaz has a new flick coming out and it looks hilarious.  I have always enjoyed her work and this one will be no exception.  Bad Teacher opens in theaters on June 24.

In the movie, Diaz plays foul-mouthed, ruthless, and inappropriate teacher Elizabeth. She drinks, she gets high, and she can’t wait to marry her meal ticket and get out of her bogus day job. When she’s dumped by her fiancé, she sets her plan in motion to win over a rich, handsome substitute (Timberlake) – competing for his affections with an overly energetic colleague, Amy (Punch). When Elizabeth also finds herself fighting off the advances of a sarcastic, irreverent gym teacher (Segel), the consequences of her wild and outrageous schemes give her students, her coworkers, and even herself an education like no other.

I love this side of Cameron! She’s so good at what she does. Can’t wait to see this one!

Julianne Moore has taken on a very new role.  She’s going to be Sarah Palin for the HBO flick, Game Change.  This is a movie about the 2008 presidential election.

The movie is based on the book (same title) and we haven’t heard who’s playing John McCain yet.  Who do you think would do a good McCain?

The Kids Are All Right Premieres In New York

I didn’t find that election very movie worthy…. but perhaps that’s why it’s an HBO movie and not something that could stand up in a theatrical release.
