Yesterday Justin Bieber turned 17 years old and to celebrate he and Selena Gomez went out Maggiano’s Little Italy restaurant in Los Angeles where they were swarmed by paparazzi.

Poor Selena she looks really freaked out by it all. It must be difficult to see after all those flashing bulbs in one’s face, particularly at night.

Justin and Selena sure are not caring to hide their romance these days which is cool. They made their ‘official’ debut as a couple Oscar night at the Vanity Fair after party.

This one still boggles my mind.  Don’t get me wrong.  Sean Penn (50) is attractive too.  But Scarlett Johansson (26) went from the uber sexy Ryan Reynolds to Sean. That makes no sense to me in any way, shape, or form.  Ryan is soiling the sheets kind of material, and then you move onto Mr. Penn?  Huh?

Scarlett and Sean kind of went public with their relationship at lunch Monday when they ate at Cuban restaurant Versailles in Los Angeles.  Lunch alone wouldn’t have “outed” them.  But her foot in his lap while they are eating.  Yeah, that’s total confirmation of nasties they are doing before and after the meal.

He’s pretty much twice her age and nowhere near the sexiness level that Ryan is, but I guess Scarlett lost her good taste when she left Ryan?

What do you think?  Is this relationship gross or should I get over it and then do it in peace?

Gee, I wonder why?  Brooke Mueller has apparently had enough of the scary side of Charlie Sheen and she got her lawyer to got to court late yesterday and get an emergency restraining order.  Charlie had no idea it was coming, and these days, even if he did, I don’t think he’d know the difference.

This protective order requires Charlie to stay 100 yards away from Brooke and have no contact of any kind with with her.

In true Charlie Sheen fashion, he went to TMZ and responded to the order,

“Great.  I was already planning on staying 100 parsecs away from her.”  BTW, a parsec is a “Star Wars” term for 3.26 light years.

OMG.  Did you know he’s on Twitter now?  You have to follow him just to hear these hysterical lines.  The guy has lost his mind and it’s not coming back.  I know it’s sad, but he’s brought it on himself.  The guy did way too many drugs and now he’s sprialing quickly into his young grave.

It’s only been a couple of weeks since word of their split surfaced, now Amanda Seyfried and Ryan Phillippe are back on.  What brought on new spark?  Oscar week perhaps?

Thursday night they were seen at the Grey Goose Pre-Oscar party.

“Amanda seemed a bit uneasy but they were very much a couple,” says a guest.

A couple of nights later they arrived at a private bungalow party at Chateau Marmont where they once again left together.

“They’re figuring it out,” says a source. “When it’s good, they’re really good together.”

I think they are figuring out that they can’t live without each other.  They make such an adorable couple. I want them to work out. I hope that they can make it happen this time around.
