And depending what “side” you’re, this could be a very good or bad thing for you.  MTV is going to keep the fist pumpers around for a long time.  Sure, the original Jersey Shore series is going to fade out, but thanks to some spinoffs, we won’t be rid of the greasy, tanned party animals.

Snooki Beats Out Nobel Prize Winner

Pauly D will have his own reality show, focused on his life on the road as “one of the country’s most in-demand DJs.”

Then Snooki and Jwoww will be teamed up for a spinoff together.  It’s going to chronicle their experiences as roommates after their lives on “Jersey Shore.”  Do we really care though?

MTV ordered 12 episodes of each show, set to debut in 2012.  Are you ready?
