Prince Harry is having a busy April. First he had to hold his brother Prince William’s bachelor party in anticipation of the wedding of the century on April 29th to Kate Middleton. And of course there is the wedding itself.

But in the meanwhile, Prince Harry has been promoted. In recognition of his time served in the Armed Forces, Prince Harry is being promoted to Captain. According to US Magazine Prince Harry:

was also awarded his Apache Badge from the Officer in Command of his squadron on Thursday, marking the completion of his eight-month Apache Conversion to Type course.

The course is not for the faint of heart and despite being a Royal and what would seem to be a privileged life, Captain Prince Harry of Wales took ground school training, three months of night flying, in a complex simulator, and he and his classmates were challenged in environments that included cloud filled skies, and navigating complex and congested airspace.

The final challenge in the course was a two-week mountain flying exercise in the French Alps. Being the multi-tasking Prince that he is, Harry is also organizing William’s evening wedding reception at Buckingham Palace. What? It’s true! Says a Palace Aide:

“The DJ, the playlists, cocktail menu, food ideas. . .so much is all from Harry,” the palace aide said. “Bless Harry, he’s put his heart and soul in to it. There is very little being planned by a party planner for the latter half of the evening reception [which is split into two halves]. It’s all about the young crowd and Harry wanted to make it fun and appropriate.”

How impressive! It’s all part of his wedding gift to the royal couple:

“When in London, he’s attended meetings at St. James’ Palace with a number of other staff to make sure Prince William and Kate [Middleton] get exactly what they want that night,” the aide noted. “This is one of his gifts to them.”

With any luck Prince Harry will be the Martha Stewart of the Royal Family and advise all of us on how to have the Royal Wedding of our dreams.

Julianne Hough graces the cover of the May issue of Women’s Health magazine where she rocks some Daisy Dukes and dishes about her days at Dancing With The Stars, including who her favourite partner was during her time with the hit ABC show as well as if she is ready for children or not!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I really wish that Julianne would return to Dancing With The Stars, but I really don’t think that is happening any time soon.

“I hope my partners don’t get mad at this but Apollo is probably my favorite because he was my first partner. You know, it was my first time. Now that’s one freaky mugshot if ever I saw one. Don’t they usually require eyes open? Nicholas Cage has been arrested on domestic abuse and disturbing the peace in New Orleans TMZ is reporting.

The 46 year old actor allegedly taunted police into arresting him when they were called to his residence after a loud argument between him and his wife. That’s so wise of Nicholas isn’t it? Thank the alcohol for that as Nicholas was quite drunk.

A cab driver witnessed a very loud argument between the couple and called the cops. They told the couple to take it home and that’s when Nicholas started his taunting. And when he was arrested. His wife says there was no contact and does not want him arrested.

Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard are still going strong as you can see from them at Day 1 of the 2011 Coachella Festival in Indio, California. Damn he is one fine looking mansicle, yes?

Even Usher attended the first day of the three day annual music festival. He looked to be enjoying a laugh while walking the grounds.

Tara Reid and Doug Reinhart (Paris’ ex) were together at Coachella. Like a couple. Who knew?

Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas also attended Day 1 of Coachella but separately. At least I don’t have any photos of them together. Could it be these two are finding their way back to one another? I doubt it. It looks like she was with some guy. I’m not sure if it’s Jared Followill or not. Maybe one of our fabulous viewers can identify who she’s with?

Vanessa Hudgens got her hippy on. She’s really changed her style since she and Zac Efron split up. Some girls cut their hair after a break up, some girls channel their inner hippy. It’s all good.

Lady Gaga in concert

Of course looking at Lady Gaga and her very “unique” style and way of life, you’d expect her to have some “wild” and sometimes freaky fans.  Well, things have gone way too far with one of her little monsters. Angelina Barnes was prepping for a Gaga concert when she decided to kill her cat by drowning it, then chopping it to pieces and saving the liver in her makeup case.  I am guessing she was saving that for more touch ups on the bloody look later on?

A family member walked in on her when she was on her way out and saw everything.  Angelina had smeared blood on her face on arms. She was taken to Griffin Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma, where she is receiving treatment after being diagnosed with depression.

I don’t want to come off like I am blaming Gaga for this disgusting crime.  But, if she wasn’t such a big icon that people idolize, wearing fake blood on stage, perhaps unstable people like Angelina wouldn’t be murdering their pets to imitate her.

Kim Kardashian is always at the center of about ten rumors. The latest is that she is getting married to Kris Humphries. Well, she sat down with PopEater to set the record straight. The tabloids are really pushing the wedding plans rumor, but Kim is staying calm and calling it like it is,

“Well, I mean what girl hasn’t envisioned their wedding?” she asked.  “I mean, my Barbies used to get married a hundred times. But have I found my dress? Am I planning a wedding? I’m not engaged, so …”
