Jennifer Aniston is, in my opinion, one of Hollywood’s hottest stars. She never seems to age, her body is always in amazing shape, her hair and makeup are do die for.   What’s not to be totally jealous about?!

Jen’s nutritionist, Carrie Wiatt is also the founder of meal-delivery service Diet Designs and she has spilled the beans to Life & Style.  We finally get to hear how Jen looks the way she does… at least what really helps!

“[Jen's agent] was positive she would land more roles if she could lose weight.  Her role on Friends came shortly after.”

So portion controlled, healthy meals delivered to you.  That’s key…. now if only all of us could have that!

“I eat really well and work out, but I also indulge when I want to,” Jen has said. “I don’t starve myself in an extremist way.”

Jen won’t give up dairy products or wine… okay… so there is hope for me yet!

Wiatt continues,

“For Jennifer, the key was high protein and low carbs, with plenty of vegetables and fruit and no processed foods.  It’s an understatement to say Jen has maintained her weight beautifully.”

Um yeah.  That is a huge understatement. But all of this is definitely food for thought… pun intended!  I am going to have to re-evaluate my diet….

Anyone who knows Kenny Powers, knows that this is a bit out of left field.  Not really since he is married, but yes, because it’s Kenny Powers.

He announced the news to Conan last night,

“I got married last October. I wasted zero time – three months later I knocked my wife up.  I had never impregnated anyone before, so I didn’t really realize what they teach you in health class is actually true – that’s all it takes.  It’s amazing.”

OMG.  He is hilarious.  Can you imagine being married to him?  Ha!  Well his wife, Gia Ruiz gets this kind of humor on a daily basis.  And now that they are expecting a baby boy, she might just be living with two funny guys.

What a crazy week for new anchors and network hosts!  First we had Katie Couric leaving the CBS Evening News, then Meredith Vieira leaving the Today show, then it was Glenn Beck‘s show getting cancelled, now we’ve got Matt Lauer leaving the Today show too!

What’s happening here people?  It’s kind of freaking me out.  None of these shows/networks will be recognizable soon!  Yikes!

Matt Lauer is getting ready to step down from his position at the NBC morning show.  He’s already contacted the bosses over at NBC letting them know his last day will be December 31, 2012.  So yeah, we’ve still got more than a year left of Matt, but it’s weird.  Matt’s been there since 1997.

Why do you think all of this change is happening at once?  Are these guys getting too depressed reporting on the negative news of our world?

Taylor Swift went out on a dinner date with Tron star, Garrett Hedlund in Nashville this week. How cute!  They make an adorable couple!  A source told Us Weekly,

“It was their first time going out.  They’ve been emailing for a while, and she hinted they should get together.”

They met up at about 8 p.m. and parted ways just after midnight.

“”She has actually spent time getting to know Garrett,” says the insider. “He’s cute — and he’s into country music! [She] likes that he’s a normal guy.”

I love that Taylor is trying out things with a guy who will actually treat her well.  The last guy she tried to get serious with, Jake Gyllenhaal has serious commitment issues and he wasn’t the best thing for her.  But then he did give her more inspiration for her songs, right?

Actually, I really think she should take it easy with the boys until her Speak Now tour is done. She can’t be very committed either.  Not now.

Kelly Ripa was at Madame Tussauds for the unveiling of her wax figure in New York City.  I was surprised by how much her wax figure looks like her.  So many times they really don’t do a good job and you’re left wondering why they bothered showing it off.  I think they definitely nailed it with Kelly.  It totally made me do a double take.

On another note, I actually think that those wax figures are creepy… they are so lifelike!!

Jake Gyllenhaal is quite the playboy.  I am not calling him out, I am just pointing it out.  He’s always switching it up.  So who is the flavor of the week?  Us Weekly reports that Jake was out to breakfast with 90210 star,  Jessica Lowndes over at NYC’s Greenwich Hotel this week.

But, guess what?  He took another girl to a party at NYC’s Bowery Hotel that night!  So I guess I should of have given this a plural title?

And then a couple of days later, he was out on a lunch date with another girl who actually resembled Taylor Swift, his most recent ex.

Is it safe to say that Jake has commitment issues?
