Tonight Rebecca Black has a new gig,  as a reporter at Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards.  Thanks to none other than Ryan Seacrest of course.

Dr. Phil pulled some pretty shady business when he tried to “out scoop” the woman who discovered him, Oprah.  Who messes with Oprah?  What, is he nuts?

TMZ got their hands on the legal papers filed in a lawsuit against Dr. Phil for allegedly defaming two men in the Natalee Holloway case.  (The girl who disappeared in Aruba.)

Oprah Attempted Suicide While Pregnant at Age 14

Oprah had already scheduled an exclusive interview with Natalee’s mother, Beth on September 20, 2005. Dr. Phil was also trying to get an interview when he discovered Oprah was already on it.

Dr. Phil and his staff had a few emails exchanged between them and they are the proof that Dr. Phil tried to screw over Oprah:

One of the producers wrote an email to Phil, saying she had found out that Oprah had an interview with Beth. The producer had a plan: “But we can OUT SCOOP Oprah & do the show w/ her first no matter what we find tomorrow we still have an interesting show – plus only YOU can really help.”

Phil (using initials DPM – Dr. Phil McGraw) responded, “WE DEFINITELY NEED TO SCOOP THE DEAL SO IF WE NEED TO SHOOT THIS WEEK THEN LETS DO IT.” Phil adds this caution: “IF SHE [Beth] TELLS THE OPRAH PEOPLE ABOUT US THEY WILL LIKELY ATTEMPT TO DERAIL IT BY MOVING UP THEIR SCHEDULE.”

The producer responds, “Grea[t] & she won’t say anything to oprahs peeps she knows it would jeopardize what we are doing – I’ll email you both tomorrow as soon as I talk to jamie & we can go from there!! Yippie scoopen the big O!!”

OMG.  When this goes public… like it is right now, Dr. Phil is going to get so much heat.  People LOVE Oprah and anyone screwing with her is going to bring serious backlash.  Can you say ratings suicide?  Dr. Phil, you are an idiot.

Shenae Grimes shot a movie earlier this year where she played a homeless person in, Sugar.  Shenae went on Chelsea Lately and chatted about the experience,

“I played a homeless kid and we had all real homeless kids as our background.  I ended up just meeting the coolest people that I’ve met in L.A. on Venice Boardwalk.”

She even helped them make a bit of cash on the streets!

“I feel bad, but I’m a cute girl, so I’m a really good sidekick for ‘spanging’ — that’s what asking for spare change — and I don’t need it myself, so I feel like I’m pulling one over on society,” Grimes giggled. “It all goes to them, but I help out where I can.”

But it was difficult because her new found friends wanted to push the boundaries and she wasn’t game.

“It’s hard. You have to have boundaries. I’ve definitely been asked if they can sleep on my floor and stuff like that. You walk a fine line.  My mom would not be pleased if I started taking homeless people to my apartment.”

Shenae came out of that experience with a great, new perspective,

“It’s just about reaching out.  As humankind, it’s our responsibility to help take care of each other.”

Good for her!  Too bad more celebrities don’t think like her.  I think the world would be a much nicer place.

Lindsay Lohan hasn’t been on a red carpet or to a premiere in over nine months.  But on Thursday night, she went to the Manhattan premiere of Jake Gyllenhaal‘s The Source Code.

She wore a cute, modest mini dress with thick, black tights and a fur coat that PeTA will hate her for.  She actually looked pretty relaxed and happy seeing as how she’s still got the whole trial in front of her.

But I guess when you have your freedom, you better enjoy it right?

Yesterday the super cute, super pregnant Pink was seen out in Malibu, enjoying the gorgeous spring weather and I think those look like milkshakes.  Mmmmm!

Pink’s New Video Prepares Her For Motherhood

Pink might be busy getting ready for baby.  But she’s also making time for her furry friends.  She’s teamed up with PeTA to ask President Obama to take a look at what goes on in the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus tents.  She wrote him a letter:

“In 2006, you made an inquiry to the USDA, in behalf of your constituents, regarding the status of three cases of egregious cruelty by Feld Entertainment (dba Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus). At that time, you were assured that the USDA would ‘pursue appropriate enforcement action’ in all three cases. However, the USDA’s Office of the General Counsel has yet to take enforcement action of any kind, and evidence of Ringling’s cover-ups, interference with investigations, and tampering with evidence are contained in the USDA’s own records and in sworn testimony.”

I’ve always felts awful for circus animals, so I really appreciate Pink standing up for them.  Somebody needs to!

Britney Spears has been frantically searching for a new opening act since Enrique Iglesias bailed out on her at the last minute.  It looks like she may have found her match already though!

Nicki Minaj‘s lawyers are in serious talks with Britney’s and they may just hammer out a deal in the very near future.

Congrats on Your New Album Britney, We’re Suing You

Nicki is on tour with Lil Wayne right now, but she will be done touring on April 28.  Britney’s tour kicks off on June 17, so this is a real possibility for success.
