Kim Zolciak Baby Shower

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak just threw herself a baby shower.  My first thought, why didn’t a friend or family member do that?  But, whatever the reason, Kim had herself a lavish party.

“I put so much time into making it perfect,” Kim said while giving Life & Style an exclusive look inside her dream day. “I’m really happy.”

Kim who is now seven months along wore a gown by Rafael Cennamo.  She and her baby daddy, Kroy Biermann invited 110 of their closest family and friends to celebrate.

“I really wanted the baby shower to be special for Kroy,” says Kim, “this being his first baby — and a boy.”

She might already be a parent… of two girls, but she feels a bit unprepared for this baby boy,

“I just don’t know what to do with a boy — I’m all girls!” she tells Life & Style. “But I hear the bond of a mother and son is like no other.”

Well, thankfully Kroy is in the picture, so he can help out in the boy department.  I am sure she’ll be fine.

Khloe Kardashian Covers Us Weekly

Khloe Kardashian opened up to Us Weekly about her struggles with weight and the negative reactions she’s always gotten, especially from family over her body image.  Being on the red carpet next to Kim and Kourtney is less than enjoyable for the “bigger” sister:

“They are 5-foot and 5-foot-2, so I look massive next to them,” Khloe, who is 5-foot-10, tells Us. “Everyone expects me to be 9 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds [when they meet me].”

Khloe has “struggled with her weight since she was 8 years old,” a family friend tells Us. “She was always taller and developed much broader shoulders than her petite sisters.”

When her mom, Kris Jenner got a divorce from Khloe’s late father, she ate to comfort herself.

“My brother [Rob] and I were always heavy. They gave us food to keep us comforted. All we did was eat crap,” she recalls.

Khloe has always been told she should lose weight.  But my problem with all of this is that she looks fine.  She’s not obese.  Khloe is happy and healthy.  Just because she’s not tiny like her sisters, it doesn’t mean a thing.  Even if she lost tons of weight, she’d still look much bigger than them.  She’s tall, they’re short.  Everyone needs to lay off.  I thought being a stick figure was so yesterday!

Ice Age: Continental Drift

The cast of the 2012 Ice Age: Continental Drift has been announced and it’s full of big names  If you’ve never watched any of these movies, you have to.  They are fabulous.  And with the announcement of the cast for the fourth edition, you are going to want to see this one for sure.

Ray Romano is back as Manny; Queen Latifah returns as Ellie; Dennis Leary as Diego; John Leguizamo as Sid; Seann William Scott & Josh Peck as Crash & Eddie. New to the cast are Jeremy Renner, who will portray Gutt; Wanda Sykes as Granny; Aziz Ansari is Walter; Keke Palmer is Peaches; hip hop star Drake is Ethan; and Jennifer Lopez is Shira, a snow leopard.

I love Wanda!  And of course J. Lo will be a huge hit as well.

Robert Pattinson is in Berlin, Germany along with Christoph Waltz to promote Water For Elephants. Earlier in the day they did the photocall for the film and then of course attended the premiere where Robert Pattinson heated up Berlin to a frenzy.

A lot of people are wondering if he is going to have a strong career after the Twilight Saga is over and done with. What do you think? I think his deliciousness will continue to be mouth-watering and unless he does really big duds for movies, he will always have a fan base. Come to think of it even if he does have duds for films his fans will love him. I’m pretty sure their love for him doesn’t have a whole lot to do with his acting ability, although I think he’s a terrific actor.

Beyonce Knowles is being sued people.  Why?  Well, if these allegations are true, then she totally pulled a Scrooge move this past holiday season.  TMZ is reporting that a video game company called Gate Five filed papers yesterday in New York where they are claiming they had a deal in place in 2010 to create a game with Beyonce called, “Starpower: Beyonce.”

There was supposedly a deal already in place when Beyonce started making demands for more money.  A lot more.  So it put the whole thing at a stand still.

Gate Five is claiming that because of this she “drove 70 people into unemployment, the week before Christmas” and described her conduct as “morally reprehensible.”  So what do they want?  Just the $6.7 million it invested into the game plus more than $100 million in profits Gate Five believes they would have raked in had Beyonce stayed true to the agreement.

Ouch!  What do you think?  Would she pull something like this?
