Paul McCartney is going to walk down the aisle again.  He gave his fiancee Nancy Shevell an insane rock.  Like the kind I’d be afraid to wear in public.  It’s a $650,000 engagement ring.

“Nancy’s ring is huge! You can tell she was excited to finally be showing it off,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “She was glowing and relaxed and looked like she couldn’t be happier. She even gave a thumbs up when asked how her and Paul were doing. Clearly the couple is very happy,” the eyewitness continued.

Another source said,

“Paul spent more than $650,000 on the gorgeous ring, and Nancy absolutely loves it!”

They have been dating for four years now, so I guess she must have earned that amazing bling.  I am certainly impressed.  I know, it’s not like he couldn’t afford it.

We are down to five couples in Season 12 Week 8 of Dancing With The Stars and this week saw our couples do two dances. One rehearsed and then an Instant Dance where they learn the music and then go and rehearse while the other couples are dancing. That’s a lot of pressure, but at this stage in the game they must be pretty used to it.

Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas are at the top of the leader board with 55/60.

Who were your favourite dancers/dances tonight? Who do you think is going home tomorrow night?

Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas -  Waltz – I have to say this was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. The movements seemed so effortless and Chelsea proved herself to be an incredible dancer. Mark is a sexy beast.  10/9/10 – 29/30.

Instant dance – Salsa – The music started a little too soon but they seemed to adjust quite quickly. At times their footwork was a bit off but all things considered they did exceptional.  8/9/9 – 26/30. Grand total of 55/60.

Hines Ward and Kym Johnson –  Fox Trot – This one was a little bit cheesy as Hines said but I love Kym  and I would love to see  her win this season. Was that ring real? I somehow doubt it because it was enormous.  9/9/10 – 28/30.

Instant dance – Jive – Hines looked to be having difficulty during rehearsals for the Jive this week but you wouldn’t know it during the live performance of their instant dance. He did amazingly well. 9/9/8 – 26/30. Grand total 54/60.

Romeo & Chelsie Hightower – Tango – Chelsea looked sexy in red pleather and black boots. It was great music and they were very in sync. Romeo works so hard and gives all of his energies into each and every dance. He never gives up, he works so hard.  9/9/9 – 27/30.

Instant dance – Salsa – It was sexy, fast-paced and amazing but I think Chelsea led this dance. And Len loved it! That’s something, isn’t it? I love that Romeo plugs his movie premiere. 8/9/8 – 25/30. Grand total 52/60.

Ralph Macchio & Karina Smirnoff – Viennese Waltz – Playing with an injury the pressure was ON for Ralph and Karina. He looked to be in major pain during their Saturday rehearsals. Ralph looks wild with eye makeup on. Despite his injury he did really great although I’m sure he’s constantly thinking about it and afraid.  8/8/9 – 25/30.

Instant dance – Cha Cha – Ralph didn’t have a lot of hip action going but I think given he had very little prep time and an injury he’s to be commended.  He’s an amazing guy I really hope he doesn’t leave tomorrow night. 7/7/7 – 21/30. Grand total 46/60.

Kirstie Alley & Maksim Chmerkovskiy –  Argentine Tango – I thought this dance was great and definitely one of Kirstie’s best. 9/9/10 – 28/30

Instant dance – Salsa – It looked like they had a tough week in rehearsals. I liked their Argentine Tango better to be honest. Kirstie looked a little lost on the dance floor in parts but in other parts she just shines through. I agree with Carrie Ann there is tension between these two although I’m not sure if it’s sexual.  8/9/8 – 25/30. Grand total 53/60.

This is kind of random, no? Dancing With The Stars’ Bristol Palin has landed herself a new job and it’s a reality show with former Dancing With The Stars’ Kyle Massey.

Bristol Palin’s Memoir ‘Not Afraid of Life’ Is On It’s way

EW is reporting that ten episodes have been ordered by Bio and it will chronicle Palin,20,  and her son Tripp moving from her Alaska home with mom Sarah to Los Angeles where she shares a house with Chris and Kyle Massey.

Who could have seen that coming? Bio is formerly known as the Biography Channel and this reality show with Bristol is already being touted a success. I tried stomaching a couple of shows of her mother’s reality show and I really got tired of watching people fish. It was so boring.

This is such devastating news. Kelly Brook, 31 has lost her baby that she was expecting with boyfriend Thom Evans. Brook was almost five months along in her pregnancy and very excited to be expecting her first child, a girl.

She was rushed to hospital last week where she lost the baby. A spokesperson confirms:

‘I can confirm that Kelly and Thom have very sadly lost their baby. ‘They request that everyone please respects their privacy at this very painful time. ‘There will be no further comment.’

That is so sad. She apparently is resting at her farmhouse in Kent and a friend told the Daily Mail:

‘Kelly is understandably devastated, she’s at home and she’s being looked after by Thom and her mum Sandra.

‘There’s nothing you can say to anyone at a time like this – she just needs to be allowed some time alone to grieve.’

Our sincere condolences to Kelly and Thom at this most difficult time.

Last week CSI’s Marg Helgenberger was interviewed on “Le Grand Direct des Médias”, a French radio show where she referred to Justin Bieber as ‘kind of a brat’ after his appearance on the hit TV drama.

Justin Bieber has responded via Twitter, without naming names:

“it’s kinda lame when someone you met briefly and never worked with comments on you. I will continue to wish them luck and be kind.”

“I know who i am and sometimes people r just going 2 say what they want. Keep ur head up and be the man ur mama raised. “

Everyone loves to hate on Justin Bieber, don’t they? Do you think they are jealous because of his success or do you really think he is a brat? He either left quite the impression on Helgenberger for such a brief meeting or she’s trying to stay relevant.

I’m kind of surprised that Marg Helgenberger put down a kid to be honest with you. She’s a grown woman and has kids of her own. Sometimes it’s best not to say anything at all, you know?

Motherhood looks great on Penelope Cruz as she walks the red carpet for the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides world premiere at Disneyland in Anaheim, California over the weekend.

This Pirates’ instalment sees Jack Sparrow and Barbossa seeking the fountain of youth only to learn that Blackbeard and his daughter are as well.  Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides opens in theatres May 20. Will you be seeing it?

And what a star-studded world premiere it was. In addition to the main man Johnny Depp there were tons of other stars. Who could resist a premiere and Disneyland all in the same day?
