Lindsay Lohan was officially done with house arrest yesterday and she did what everyone expected her to: she partied.

She did however do her court-appointed community service at a woman’s shelter earlier in the day. Then at 10 p.m. she and some friends headed to the Lexington club where she stumbled (literally) out at about 1:30 in the morning.

No word on if she had been drinking or was drunk but from a legal perspective it’s entirely her choice, she won’t be defying any court order of probation rules.
