Reese Witherspoon 35, was quite happy to receive her Generation Award at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards last night by Robert Pattinson, Patrick Dempsey and friend Chelsea Handler.

During her acceptance speech the Oscar winning actress (for Walk The Line) had some sage advice for young girls trying to make their way in Hollywood. And by sage advise I mean a veiled (or not really) dig at Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Blake Lively (we are assuming) and anyone else whose claim to fame is sex tapes and/or reality shows:

“I get it, girls, that it’s cool to be a bad girl,” the 35-year-old told the audience as she accepted the MTV Generation Award at the Los Angeles-taped show. “But it is possible to make it in Hollywood without doing a reality show. When I came up in this business, if you made a sex tape, you were embarrassed and you hid it under your bed.”

“And if you took naked pictures of yourself on your cell phone, you hide your face, people!” Witherspoon continued. “Hide your face!”

I’ve said it before on here and I’ll say it again: I’m always surprised that girls allow a guy to film and or take photos of them. I’m not going to get into the good girl, bad girl argument because that’s a double standard to the men who do the same.

Having said that, and the fact a double standard does still exist (which is a crock of sh*t if you ask me), why put yourself in that position unless of course you have no issues with it going public. And if you don’t power to you.

Last night the 2011 MTV Movie Awards aired and it was such a yawn-fest with the exception of Robert Pattinson dropping the F-bomb on TV and the censors not being on their mark to bleep him out.  The Breaking Dawn Part 1 Official movie trailer also aired and it looks amazing. When you think of how far that movie has come from the first one to this one it really has improved considerably (well, what we can tell of it anyways).

Another good part of last night’s MTV Movie Awards show was when Robert Pattinson went into the audience (from the stage) to kiss Twilight costar Taylor Lautner. But that was it.

SNL’s Jason Sudekis hosted the event and in my personal opinion he wasn’t very good. Not that I would be better. I imagine it’s a difficult job but this guy can do live television for SNL. It seriously was one of the most boring award shows I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe I cleared my night for that. Although RPattz’s f-bomb was totally worth it. Only he could make that sound almost elegant.

We got to see the teaser trailer for Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 on June 1st, but tonight on the 2011 MTV Movie Awards we got to see the OFFICIAL movie trailer for Breaking Dawn Part 1. And of course there is the wedding scene between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s characters, Bella and Edward Cullen.

Each Twilight movie has gotten better than the one before and this one looks amazing. What do you think of the Breaking Dawn trailer?

Tonight the 20th Annual MTV Movie Awards aired much to the delight of Twilight fans everywhere. Robert Pattinson along with Chelsea Handler and Patrick Dempsey presented Reese Witherspoon with her Generation award.

Robert was trying to be funny but something was lost in the translation and he dropped the f-bomb. Someone was asleep in the control room because it didn’t get beeped.

Seriously Robert Pattinson made the other wise VERY boring awards hysterical. He was supposed to refer to Reese as a motherf*cker (or something to that effect) but instead said that he f*cked her. You’ve got to love Edward Cullen.

Kanye West’s Monster video featuring Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj and Ray Ross has hit the interwebs and has everyone asking if Kanye is taking it too far playing with ‘corpses’ in bed posing them to be touching one another, not to mention naked ones laying about.

It’s Kanye West, people. We aren’t going to get him saying prayers at Sunday dinner. Kanye shocks. It’s what he does when he’s not trying to ruin award shows. Personally, I’m more offended by the use of the ‘N’ word in the video although it did come with a disclaimer at the beginning:

“The following content is in no way to be interpreted as misogynistic or negative towards any groups of people. It is an art piece and it shall be taken as such”

There’s a head he’s holding by the hair and it kind of looks like Meagan Fox, no? Maybe Kanye just needs a hug. And electric shock therapy?
