Kim Kardashian is teaming up with QVC and Kelly Ripa for a great cause!  They are fighting Ovarian Cancer and need all the support they can get.

QVC’s Super Saturday is an amazing shopping event on July 30 set up to help spread awareness for ovarian cancer, a disease that kills more women each year than any other gynecological cancer.

You get designer items for 50% off and the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund gets the net proceeds, which will then go towards helping spread awareness of ovarian cancer and supporting the funds continued research.
