“…I want your head!”  Frankly he can have any damn thing he wants. There’s a new 30 second tv spot out for Conan the Barbarian 3D starring my next toy boy Jason Momoa and he’s threatening to follow someone to hell. I’ve already got my bags packed, I might as well go with him.

We get a lot of action stuffed into that 30 second snippet! We also get more dialogue from Conan himself than in previous clips. For all I know there may not be much more than that.  I don’t care. My butt won’t be parked in the seat to listen to Jason Momoa recite, nay growl, Keats and Shelley. Ron Perlman, Stephen Lang and Rose McGowan et al won’t be performing Shakespeare. I don’t care. I know what I’ll be getting: blood, sweat and tears and really big swords.

You may or may not be tired of my ardent promotion of this film. If you are not, come sit by me. If you are…my apologies, it may get loud. Conan the Barbarian 3D is not due until August 19, which means you can look forward to five more weeks of whatever the Lionsgate marketing department wants to share with us.
