Katy Perry believes in change people.  Especially when it comes to her hair color.  We have grown accustomed to seeing Katy with black hair.  Then she changed it up to a mild redhead.  This girl can pull anything off, right?  Well, she just changed it up again!  Girl is now a blonde!  For real!
