Reports are coming out (In Touch) that Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith have separated. This is one piece of news I just can not believe unless I read an actual statement by the couple.

To me, Will and Jada represent all that’s right in the world of celebrity marriage. They appear to be as normal as a multi-millionaires in Hollywood can be. And by Hollywood standards, they have been married an eternity (13 years).

TMZ called Jada’s rep Karynne Tencer and asked if there is any truth to it, and she responded with:

 ”What? In Touch said that? I know nothing about this … Lord. I’m going back to bed.”

Ha! That’s a funny response.

The picture of this fine couple above is from June. They look pretty happy to me, but that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. Let’s hope this rumor is not true.

Ryan Gosling, taking a break from filming The Place Beyond the Pines in upstate New York, was walking around his New York City neighborhood this weekend and apparently came across a couple of guys involved in an altercation in the street.

According to New York’s Nine News, one of the men accused the other of stealing his painting. Gosling dropped the bag he was carrying and pulled the men apart, leading one to the side of the street and then reportedly pulled twenty dollars from his pocket and handed it to the man with “If that’s what you’re fighting for, here you go.”

The video is short and the woman filming it had no idea who Gosling was until it was pointed out to her, (in fact it’s difficult to tell it is him when she starts shaking and squealing), but my question is, why the hell was she just standing there filming a random street fight?

In any case, kudos to quirky Baby Goose, helping to make his world a calmer place.

Mariah Carey’s secret to shedding her pregnancy weight is out: puppy jogging.

The 42 year old singer, wife of Nick  Cannon 31, and mother to twins Monroe Cannon and Moroccan Scott Cannon (born April 30, 2011) tweeted this picture of her jogging with her 5 Jack Russell Terriers with the caption ‘Jogging Puppystyle’.

Mimi looks AMAZING four month after giving birth to twins, doesn’t she? I don’t think I’ve ever seen her in sneakers but it looks great on her.

In news that comes as a surprise to NO ONE, Jennifer Garner 39 and Ben Affleck also 39 announced via their representative that they are in fact expecting.

They simply said they were ‘thrilled’ to be expanding their family.

Baby number three will have Violet 5 and Seraphina Elizabeth Rose 2 as big sisters. No word on when the baby is due but she is definitely rocking a baby bump so one has to assume she’s out of her first trimester (the photo above was from mid-July)?

Motown’s singer/songwriter Nick Ashford of the famous Ashford and Simpson duo (pictured above from 2009) has died in New York at the age of 69 after battling throat cancer.

He and his wife Valerie wrote Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”, “Reach Out and Touch Somebody’s Hand among other songs that were recorded by not only them but other notable singers Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Gladys Knight, Marvin Gaye, Chaka Khan, and Whitney Houston.

Nick and Valerie were married since 1974 and back in 1978 Nick told People:

“Being married is the best thing that ever happened to me,” “I don’t feel like I’m married. Valerie brought me around to the idea that every time you fight it isn’t the end. You can knock each other down but then you make love.”

The two went on to have daughters Nicole and Asia.

Our sincere condolences to Nick Ashford’s family and friends on this very sad loss.

I guess Crystal Harris isn’t done milking her association with Hugh Hefner. It seems the runaway bride is shopping around a reality show and some networks are actually interested in it.

TMZ is reporting that she has already had some meetings and the show will feature Crystal trying to find a job after burning bridges with Hugh Hefner.

If leaving him just days before their wedding wasn’t bad enough, she was on Howard Stern’s radio station where she claimed to have only ever had sex with Hugh Hefner once and walked away because she was ‘over it’. She also admitted to not being attracted to Hugh. I guess it was just his money? Who would have thunk it?
