First Poster for Jason Statham’s Safe!

First Poster for Jason Statham's Safe!

This day needs more Jason Statham. This is the first poster to Boaz Yakim’s Safe, in which our man Jason stars as a “former elite agent {who} endeavors to rescue a twelve year old girl.”  Hmmm…weren’t we just talking about the recent plethora of films with similar plots? I was on the other side of the argument earlier but this does sound a lot like The Expatriate, at least on the surface. I also suspect Safe came first since it’s already in the can and will be released October 28.  But seriously, what is the deal with all of these “former agents” running around loose? Did they all up and quit en masse? I think there need to be some management changes at these nebulous “agencies”. And why are there so many adolescent girls in need of rescue? And we have no idea why the one in Safe needs it either, but she’s got The Stath looking out for her so I think she’ll be alright. Just a hunch.

Written by the director Boaz Yakin (Fresh, A Price Above Rubies, Remember the Titans), Safe costars Chris Sarandon (score! He doesn’t work nearly enough), James Hong, Robert John Burke and Anson Mount.

Oh, by the way, why did no one tell me ‘The Stath’ lent that whiskey, cigarettes and gravel voice to Gnomeo and Juliet?! Sheesh!

Jason Momoa’s Hand Print Ceremony at Planet Hollywood PHOTOS

Jason Momoa's Hand Print Ceremony at Planet Hollywood PHOTOS

My lady parts can’t take much more. Now we have Conan The Barbarian’s Jason Momoa doing a hand print ceremony at Planet Hollywood in Times Square New York looking delicious and naughty and gorgeous.

Today is the day that Conan The Barbarian is released. In 3D. Imagine the possibilities: THREE DEE.

This Hawaiian hottie has been in the business 13 years even though a lot of us are only seeing him for the first time as of late, not just with the Conan the Barbarian promos, but he was on the wildly popular series Game of Thrones.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this dumpling wants to work behind the camera. It hurts to type those words, trust me. However we will still see him at movie premieres, awards and other events I’m sure. He’s not going anywhere soon if he had any brains, and I take it he does.

Chris Evans in Puncture Movie Trailer!

Chris Evans in Puncture Movie Trailer!

Chris Evans has another new movie coming  out. This one’s called Puncture, directed by Adam and Mark Kassan, two brothers best known for television work. Puncture is a legal drama with a plotline that might have been lifted from a Grisham novel, about a drug-addicted lawyer who takes on a health supply corporation while battling his own personal demons. It has three writers credited, but none of them are called John Grisham.

Was Chris Evans always in everything and I just never noticed? I turned on The Losers the other night (we won’t discuss it, sorry Idris) flipped the channel he was in The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond (a Tennessee Williams adaptation with Bryce Dallas Howard that no one saw), flipped it again and there was Push and Scott Pilgrim vs the World then he turned up on basic cable in The Fantastic Four. Sorry Chris, even after all that, it took Captain America: The First Avenger for the scales to fall from my eyes. And while he’s out in Cleveland filming its follow-up, The Avengers, Chris Evans has two more films coming out this year. We’ve talked about What’s Your Number?already (and by the way, I mentioned that one was filmed in Boston, well that’s Evans’ hometown. I didn’t know that either. And I live there. Someone get this guy a better publicist!) and now we have Puncture. Both of these are scheduled for September. Holy Schnikey! I think I need to just give in and ask for a leave of absence. There’s no way I can see everything scheduled for the next three months, awards contenders and non-contenders alike, if I don’t stop going to work.

Here’s the first trailer for Puncture. They gave him tatts!:

It does look very Grisham…or Michael Connolly or any number of writers using the legal thriller template. But that’s never stopped me from enjoying one. I’m a sucker for a good legal drama so I’ll probably give this a go. Puncture costars Michael Biehn, Brett Cullen, Vinessa Shaw, one of the directors, Mark Kassan and Jesse L. Martin (Jesse L. Martin! Gaah, I remember the first time he showed up on “Ally McBeal”…*thud* Where the hell was he? I didn’t see him in the trailer. Sorry…fan girl moment)

Puncture opens September 23 in the US.

True Blood’s Joe Manganiello VERY Close To Signing On For Stripper Movie ‘Magic Mike’

True Blood's Joe Manganiello VERY Close To Signing On For Stripper Movie 'Magic Mike'

I may have to become a nun as a way of thanking gawd for this. True Blood’s Joe Manganiello is very close to signing on to the stripper biopic Magic Mike we told you about earlier today that currently has: Alex Pettyfer, Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey and Matt Bomer on board.

Joe will play….excuse me I have to take a deep breath and stop quivering: Big Dick Richie. Mommy likes. I hope we get to see proof. It is a stripper movie after all, yes?

According to EW (who are my heroes for breaking this exclusive):

The movie will mark a reunion, of sorts, for Manganiello and Bomer – two former school chums who just worked together on an episode of White Collar. The True Blood werewolf shed the extra hair to play a villain on the USA drama. His episode will air when the series returns in January.

Who’s next? Jason Statham? Gerard Butler? Please yes.

What do you think? Pretty freaking awesome, right?

MUST WATCH: Anderson Cooper Giggles Uncontrollably During Gerard Depardieu Pee Story (VIDEO)

MUST WATCH: Anderson Cooper Giggles Uncontrollably During Gerard Depardieu Pee Story (VIDEO)

Yesterday it hit the internet that Gerard Depardieu peed in the aisle of a plane he was on that was on the tarmac because he was not allowed to use the bathroom. Well Anderson Cooper put the story on his RidicuList and broke into giggles while doing so.

I must admit I wasn’t really laughing at all the pee puns, but this video is totally worth the watch. I LOVE Anderson Cooper’s laugh. It is adorable and it will make you laugh. Unless you don’t have a soul in which case nothing probably amuses you.

Anderson apologized for losing control (personally I love those moments on shows, that’s where the funny is):

“Sorry, this has actually never happened to me,” he squeaked. “You always see this sort of thing on YouTube and you don’t think it’ll actually happen to you.”

Watch and let us know what you think.
