Mr. Sunshine, Matthew Perry 42, is movin on up to the big skies with a new house in the Hollywood Hills that’s worth about three times the value of his former home, a condo that he has currently relisted for $2.995 million which has pretty spectacular views.

The new home is considered a mid-modern century home that he allegedly paid $8.65 million for. Seriously this crib is stunning. Don’t care too much for the decor as it looks about as warm as his personality, but the views are GORGEOUS.

The home sits high above the Sunset Strip and boasts 4,000 square feet which is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 4 baths and pool dahlings.

I seriously had it bad for this Friend for the longest time until I realized he wasn’t Chandler Bing. I could be entirely wrong but he comes across angry and not in the ‘we are going to have angry sex’ way that I like. More like in a Debbie Downer kind of way. I don’t know but judging by that main picture of Mr. Grumpy Pants I may be on to something here.
