Ryan Gosling 30, is totally rocking the gangsta look on the set of his latest film 'The Gangster Squad' currently filming in Los Angeles where he lays Sgt. Jerry Wooters. Imagine if Sgt. Jerry Wooters went to Hooters and people asked where's Wooters? He's at Hooters? That's a lot funnier in my head. IMDB describes the film as:

A chronicle of the LAPD's fight to keep East Coast Mafia types out of Los Angeles in the 1940s and 50s.

While that sounds very cool I personally am not into gangster type movies, but this is Ryan Gosling and maybe it's worth a try.

After this film he will be filming 'Only God Forgives' but he's talking about giving up acting. WHAAATTTTT???? I hope it's not in the immediate future, but it's hard to say:

"I've been doing this since I was 12. I don't want to act much longer. I can't do one thing my whole life. I know there are only so many characters I'll be able to play. It will be over whenever the inspiration dries up."

Let's hope the inspiration doesn't dry up for a very long time.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are out and about in New York City looking like their lost if you ask me (not necessarily in the picture above but the others). Considering they are both New Yorkers I'm thinking I'm probably wrong.

With ex-husband Brad Pitt's latest insults hurled at Jennifer  through his Parade Magazine interview and subsequent  'oh I didn't mean it that way' insincere apology (I'm thinking maybe my dislike for him is clouding my judgment but I don't care), people are expecting Jennifer Aniston to shrivel up and die and be pathetic and hide away in her apartment out of humiliation.

And if Jen haters don't think that they think she's probably doing this on purpose so as not to look pathetic. Maybe the girl needs a meal or some women's personal hygiene products?

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were married for 5 years and they split up 6 years ago. She's over him. And even if she isn't over him, the more he flaps his gums in the media the easier it is for her to be over him.

People are of the opinion the Jada Pinkett Smith talks way too much about her sex life with Will Smith to the point it's almost as though she's overcompensating. I have to wonder if it's the same deal for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie?

Either way here's Jen and Justin out and about in New York City being over Brad Pitt. Deal.

We love the Muppets! There's a new trailer and a poster for the forthcoming movie, The Muppets, starring humans Jason Segal and Amy Adams and they both parody David Fincher's remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

The film's synopsis: "When Walter, the world's biggest Muppet fan, and friends Gary (Jason Segel) and Mary (Amy Adams) discover the nefarious plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze the Muppet Theater, they help Kermit reunite the Muppets to stage The Greatest Muppet Telethon Ever and raise the $10 million needed to save the theater."

Frankly, that trailer made my morning. The Muppets with Jason Segal, Amy Adams and too many other people to mention (although most of them appear in the above trailer if  you can catch them) begins "Muppet Domination" November 23 in the US and Canada and 10 February in the UK.

Shame had its debut at the Venice Film Festival last weekend where it is tipped for the Golden Lion for both film and Michael Fassbender's performance. At a press conference for the film, director Steve McQueen talked about making sure that his actors were comfortable and at ease on set given what he was asking of them.

The official synopsis: Brandon is a 30-something man living in New York who is unable to manage his sex life. After his wayward younger sister moves into his apartment, Brandon's world spirals out of control. From director Steve McQueen (Hunger), Shame is a compelling and timely examination of the nature of need, how we live our lives and the experiences that shape us. 

At the 2:30 mark of this clip, a short snippet of a scene begins in which we see Fassbender's Brandon making silent overtures to a woman on the subway. The camera takes pains to show us the woman is married, but it's unclear if Brandon's advances are welcome or not. We're left not knowing what happens after he gets off the train.

Shame played the Toronto International Film Festival and was picked up by Fox Searchlight which plans a December release for awards contention then it has a release date of 13 January in the UK.

George Clooney films an advertisement for Mercedes Benz in the heart of money central: Beverly Hills. He looks as dashing and handsome as ever and I hope to gawd that Mercedes had enough common sense to use George's incredible sense of humor in the commerical. Okay it doesn't say whether it's a print campaign or for television but I can't imagine them using George Clooney and NOT getting air time. What. the. hell. would. be. the .point?

It's hard to believe that a week ago I was about 6" away from George Clooney at the Toronto International Film Festival. As I said in my post about it, if you can believe it, pictures don't do him justice. And what a charmer. My panties fell off just looking at him. Imagine being on a date? Swoosh there go the undies.

The first blind is quite tragic and disturbing being that she's underaged and all. The guesses for number 2 seem bang on, but who knows? As for number 3  I think we can all agree a couple of people can factor into this one but one more than the other. Thanks to Gawker.

This underage female star from a children's network (not Disney) made the mistake of taking questionable photos of herself on her cellphone to send to a male coworker. Someone on set found them on her found after snooping through her cell, and decided to turn her in. When he turned her in to one of the execs, the exec fired the employee promptly for snooping.
