Jennifer Garner leads this week's Friday Fashionistas (and also becomes our very first mommy-to-be fashionista).  Jennifer was in Toronto this week at TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) to attend the film premier of "Butter" at Royal Thomson Hall, in which she produces and stars.   Attending the red carpet event, Jennifer glows in a gorgeous pink-blush beaded Valentino frock with champagne Casadei  pumps.  Jennifer Garner and actor hubby, Ben Afleck, are expecting their third child in 2012.   They already have two girls, (and if it's another girl, I hope those extra bathroom plans are coming along well).   I ask you, is she one hot mommy-to-be or not? 

Also attending the "Butter" premier at T.I.F.F. this week was Olivia Wilde who co-stars with Jennifer Garner in the satirical comedy that takes place in small-town Iowa about the cut-throat competitive world of butter-carving.  (Now who would think that butter carving could be so competitive?)   In any event Olivia Wilde is a winner in this heavenly, white flowing Greek goddess style gown with gold jeweled embellishment from the Marchesa Resort 2012 collection.  I don't know about you, but I'll never look at butter the same way again!

Finally, but certainly not least, is singer and actress Ashlee Simpson as she makes her red carpet debut (with beau Vincent Piazza) at the NYC premier of "Boardwalk Empire".  (Personally, I think her new love life suits her very well.)   Gleaming in this burgundy, gold floral-sequined Temperley London Pre-Fall 2001 Collection gown with Anita Ko jewels, Ashley proves that vintage style is making a comeback.   Love this vintage look and Ashley wears it so elegantly!   What do you think?  To see more of it, temperleylondon.com.

The Hollywood Reporter had a whole pile of new images from John Singleton's Abduction, the new action-adventure, testosterone-fueled version of Hanna…no not really. Well sort of. But not on purpose. Abduction stars Taylor Lautner in non-wolf mode, along with Lilly Collins, Alfred Molina, Jason Isaacs (roar!), Michael Nyqvist, Maria Bello, Denzel Whitaker, Sigourney Weaver and the city of Pittsburgh.

Collins, Molina and Isaacs appear with Lautner in the pics below. In Abduction, the leader of 'Team Jacob' plays Nathan, a teenager who finds his own baby photo on a missing persons website. The discovery sets in motion a whirlwind adventure; finding Nathan and love interest Karen (Collins) on the run from a series of bad guys and Agents.

Abduction opens in the US and Canada on September 23 and 28 September in the UK.

Relativity Media has released three new stills from Marc Forster's Machine Gun Preacher starring Gerard Butler in the role of real life Rev. Sam Childers. That's Butler with Childers above. There's no mistaking either one of them, although you wouldn't mistake either of them for the other. That's okay, it wasn't Forster's intention to make Butler look like Sam, but for him to capture the spirit of the man. By the majority of accounts coming from TIFF, he and Butler have succeeded in doing that.

The movie is the true story of Childers' beginnings as a drug addicted, violent criminal who becomes a born-again Christian, starts his own church and then feels called to go to Africa, first to help build houses and then to save the children of war torn Sudan where he founds an orphanage that is still very much in existence. The title comes from the fact that Childers, although an ordained minister, does not hesitate to pick up a gun to defend the children he's trying to save from becoming child-soldiers or help deal with the aftermath of war and has led armed missions against the LRA (Lord's Resistance Army).

As far as the other two stills go, the first is of Childers (Butler) and Souleymane Sy Suvane, as his in-country friend and guide Deng, on a bus on one of Sam's first trips into The Sudan. The second is of Sam and his eponymous machine gun in the middle of a fire fight.

Butler sat down with the NY Times last week in Toronto to discuss the role and how he got Sam's accent down:

There’s also a new UK version of the trailer that’s just been released. It feel s familiar and yet not. I think it’s extended some of the bits we’ve seen in the US version:

Machine Gun Preacher, whose cast also includes Michelle Monaghan, Michael Shannon, Kathy Baker and Madeline Carroll, opens in NY and LA on September 23 and then begins a slow roll-out elsewhere. Probably the only thing Whoopi Goldberg and Howard Stern will ever agree on, they both highly recommend this movie!

Britney Spears is having the time of her life in London and here she is seen with non-fiance, but long-term boyfriend Jason Trawick where she is dressed in green and has her make up match her outfit. She's so adorable.

She will be filming the video to to her song Criminal while she is in London. She's also just announced that she is going to release a remix album in October called B in the Mix: The Remixes Vol. 2.

Some of the reworked songs include: Womanizer (Benny Benassi Extended), Circus (Linus Loves Remix) as well as Till the World Ends" (Alex Suarez Club Remix).

Either way Britney and Jason look SO happy in London!

Kendra Wilkinson's reality show Kendra is returning to E! on September 25 at 11 p.m. est and to celebrate we are having a fabulous giveaway of Season 1, 2 and 3 of her show. 

We watched as she got married to Hank Baskett, had baby Hank (who is adorable) and move around a lot. Well now she's settled into one place and that place is Los Angeles where Hollywood beckons. Nothing is slowing this mother, wife and former Playmate down. 

Season 4 looks like it's going to be as entertaining as the other 3 season:

The season kicks off with a hilarious encounter with Kendra and Hank's quirky new neighbors, who play an over-the-top practical joke on the neighborhood's newest residents. Kendra's decision-making skills are put to the ultimate test by all the decorating choices she needs to make for the new home.  Meanwhile, a confrontation with Kendra's agent flares up after paparazzi photograph Kendra outside a high-end Beverly Hills restaurant — in basketball shorts and flip-flops.  When the agent demands that Kendra "step up her game" and live up to the expectations of a celebrity lifestyle, Kendra gets defensive.  She suggests that the agency focus less on what Kendra's wearing and more on finding Hank some work — given that he hasn't yet found a spot on an NFL team.

The episode ends with a laugh-filled housewarming BBQ, attended by friends, neighbors, Hank's NFL teammates — and even Kendra's "Dancing with the Stars" pals, Louis Van Amstel and Karina Smirnoff.

Okay I can not wait to see that. I loved Kendra on Dancing With The Stars and to see her with Louis Van Amstel and Karina Smirnoff is going to be a riot.

It has been confirmed that Paul McCartney 69, and Nancy Shevell 51, are getting married in London.  Paul posted notice of his intent to marry at Old Marylebone Town Hall, in London, People is reporting. This type of 'notice' is also referred to as a 'banns'. The couple met with Registrar Alison Cathcart to register and it is being speculated that the couple plan to marry in October. This same Registrar was the Registrar when Paul and his late wife, Linda McCartney filed their banns:

"They were lovely, very relaxed and very charming and clearly in love with each other," she revealed. "They were excited.

the Old Marylebone Town Hall also happens to be the same place he married Linda McCartney. It's quite wonderful that he's choosing to marry Nancy at the same place as he did Linda. It shows he loves her in the same manner as Linda and I'm sure Linda would approve. Nancy is no gold digging biotch. Unlike the 'other' wife.

The Registrar says of the Hall:

"four rooms, ranging from seating 20, which is the yellow room, to the largest room, the reception room which holds 100. There are no firm details yet on which room they will use."

This banns has to be used up by September 14, 2012 (one year from the date it was filed) but the couple can get married as early as September 30 should they wish to.
