Christopher Chaney is the man behind the leaked private cell phone pictures of stars such as Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera and more (50 in total). Yesterday he was taken into custody by the FBI where he posted a $10,000 bond and has to stay away from any technology that connects to the internet, can not possess a handgun, and must stay away from drugs plus he must live with mommy and daddy. In all he faces 121 years in prison.

He spoke with Action News Jacksonville and states that he is relieved he got caught:

"It started as curiosity and it turned to just being addictive … seeing the behind-the-scenes of what's going on with the people you see on the big screen."

Well, at least he's showing remorse, right? It's something although clearly not enough. Not that Scarlett Johansson or anyone else is going to find that enough to forgive him. I'm not trying to marginalize what he did, but it's amazing that he could face 121 years in prison but murderers face less than that.

"The Walking Dead" season premiere kicks off AMC's annual virtual film-festival "Fright Fest". The two weeks leading up to Halloween are jam packed with horror movies of all persuasions, eras, monsters and levels of gore. "The Walking Dead" is about a group of survivors of the zombie apocalypse in and around Atlanta, banded together and searching for safety. The title of the show becomes ironic in season two, since it's the humans who are now the 'walking dead' because they're freaking exhausted by their struggle! The show stars Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Laurie Holden, Sarah Wayne Callies, Jeffrey DeMunn, Norman Reedus, Steven Yuen, Irone Singleton, Melissa McBride and Emma Bell.

Cheryl Cole has a new shoe line and says it's a dream come true. Um, duhhhh of course it's a dream come true. You are designing shoes that make women like me super happy and you get a free supply! But seriously this shoe line has saved this British beauty when she confesses: 'I have not felt this excited in a long time. 

That's great news considering she has had a tough couple of years with her divorce from le douche Ashley Cole, her bout with Malaria where she thought she was going to die, and being let go from being a judge on X-Factor.

The shoe line, that she is very hands-on with, hits stores in December just in time for Christmas that she is collaborating with Stylistpick.com on:

One of Charlie's original Angels, Jaclyn Smith paid a visit to The Talk where she talked about what her fellow Angels meant to her and how she was with Farrah Fawcett right to the end of her battle with cancer.

You may or may not have known that Jaclyn herself was diagnosed with breast cancer but luckily caught it in the early stages. She had a lumpectomy and radiation treatments (no chemotherapy) and is 9-1/2 years cancer-free now which is such tremendous news!

This woman, to me, is one of the most beautiful women in the world but not just because of her exterior beauty (which is undeniable). She has such a beautiful soul on top of that. And this woman never ages. Even if she does get 'help' she looks natural.

Hot on the heels of the news that Hugo, the not-quite-completed film, will be the big mystery screening at the New York Film Festival, Relativity (who is having a busy weekend…promoting Machine Gun Preacher, dropping clips for Tarsem Singh's Immortals and pics for his Snow White…) has released this clip featuring director Martin Scorsese sharing his enthusiasm for his film, his first  in 3D, a family-friendly adaptation of the novel "The Invention of Hugo Cabret". His enthusiasm is contagious I must say. I can't wait!

Hugo, which stars newcomer Asa Butterfield ,as the title character, an orphaned boy living in the walls of a Parisian train station in the 1930's and trying to unlock the secrets of his late father's automaton, to magical effect, along with Chloe Grace Moretz, Sacha Baron Cohen, Jude Law (all of who can be seen in the clip) as well as Ben Kingsley, Emily Mortimer, Richard Griffiths, Ray Winstone, Christopher Lee, Michael Pitt and Johnny Depp. Hugo opens in the US and Canada on November 23 and 2 December in the UK.
