Rihanna Is Naked On Esquire and The Sexiest Woman Alive!

Rihanna Is Naked On Esquire and The Sexiest Woman Alive!

Rihanna 23, makes Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive and appears naked on the cover of the magazine with some ill-placed algae or spinach or something.

Within the magazine she talks about Chris Brown and how she's happy for him and that her anger toward him was taking up too much of her energy:

"It was too much anger," "I'm really excited to see the breakthrough he's had in his career."

I agree with not wasting anger on a douchebag but to be 'really excited' for someone like that, I don't know about that. Wish them well and don't give it another thought seems a bit more appropriate. Whatever.

"It's incredible to see how he pulled out the way he did. Even when the world seemed like it was against him, you know?" Rihanna said. "I really like the music he's putting out. I'm a fan of his stuff. I've always been a fan." I would never wish anything horrible for him. Never. I never have,"

And even though Esquire (and probably tons of people) think she's the sexiest woman alive, she says she doesn't necessarily feel that way:

"At the end of a concert, I don't feel like I've been this sexy thing," "Really, I don't even think about it."

That's odd. Even while she's touching herself on stage she doesn't think about it?

Rihanna also drinks before a show to calm her nerves and she sometimes is out in the audience during the opening act. Why not, she rides the subway to her concerts:

"I have to have it. I take it very seriously, so there is a level of anxiety, always. I overthink everything when it comes to my job. The drink calms my nerves. I sip it while I watch the opening act from my dressing room. Sometimes I go out into the audience. I put on a really big hoodie and sneak out there."

This issue of RiRi being Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive is available on newsstands October 16.

Dancing With The Stars Season 13 Week 4 Recap 10/10/11

Dancing With The Stars Season 13 Week 4 Recap

It's week 4 of season 13 of Dancing With The Stars and last week saw the VERY untimely exit of Kristin Cavallari. Kind of right up there with Sabrina Bryan (although I have to say I was more shocked with Sabrina Bryan), but that's what happens when you have a competition where the public votes. Nothing is guaranteed.

On to happier stuff. Besides tonight's dances (which are from movie scores), there are two things happening that are so exciting: Cher will be in the audience (I'm so super excited) and Julianne Hough returns to Dancing With The Stars to help promote her dancing movie Footloose (we will have to wait for tomorrow night for that I got ahead of myself in all the excitement. I am really jazzed about her being on the show too.

Keep refreshing your screen because I am updating this live as it happens kittens.

Chynna Phillips and Tony Dovolani Tango – This is a very sexy dance and these two are perfectly suited for it. Add the music from Mission Impossible and you have a win-win. To have Tony being dropped in from the ceiling was incredible. Len will hate it, but who cares. The gun strapped to Chynna's thigh looked really sexy but she was really off on her steps and it looked like Tony was talking to her throughout the entire dance. With music like this it's the perfect dance to get into. It's like she totally blanked on her dance movements. That's is most unfortunate but I'm hoping they have enough fans to keep them in the game because they deserve to be here right to the end. Scores: 7/7/7 = 21/30.

David Arquette and Kym Johnson Paso Doble – LOVED David's entrance to the theme from Raiders of the Lost Ark. Thought the entire dance, costumes everything was phenomenal. His absolute best dance so far!! Scores: 8/7/8 = 23/30. Sorry but that seems a bit low if you compare it to Chynna's scores which her dance was nowhere near as good.

Carson Kressley and Anna Trebunskaya Viennese Waltz – I'm not sure what I love the most Carson Kressley's dancing or the practice package they show ahead of the dance. He is hysterical and just brings a light and happiness to the show that would not exist were he not on it this season. I especially loved the look on his face when Storm came through the door. That was priceless. Although he had some issues with keeping the steps in sync with Anna I thought he was fabulous! He's always a joy to watch. Scores: 7/6/7 = 20/30.

Nancy Grace and Tristan McManus Paso Doble – This is a perfect dance for Nancy to channel her anger into, isn't it? Seriously I am extremely impressed by this dance. Her beginning was perfect. I am wanting to dry hump Tristan kind of badly right about now. The ending was akward. It was like she was hyperventilating and then the drop was really awkward.  Scores: 7/7/7 = 21/30.

Hope Solo and Maksim Chmerkovskiy Fox Trot – Maks looks funny in a cowboy hate but delicious in a pair of jeans. Watching their rehearsal package is always a bit painful because of the clashing but I really liked this dance together. I don't think it was anything super special, but it was sweet. Scores: 8/8/8 = 24/30.

Robert Kardashian and Cheryl Burke Paso Doble – He looks to be working really hard in the practice package which is nice to see. He really suited the glasses and outfit tonight. His hard work is paying off and he didn't miss a beat from the looks of it. Except at the end when he was supposed to fling open his shirt. Scores: 8/8/8 = 24/30.

Ricki Lake and Derek Hough Tango – I love Ricki and she must stay in this game. She seems really flustered during the rehearsal week but I just know Derek will bring the best out in her because it's there. LOVED the beginning of their dance with the light behind the screen. It suited the music perfectly. This whole dance and the costmes suit this music. So far this is my favorite dance of the night. Simply perfection in every sense of the word. Scores: 10/9/10 = 29/30. YEAH baby!!!! Although I have to say I don't know why Len didn't give them a 10 because they certainly deserved it.

Chaz Bono and Lacey Schwimmer Paso Doble – Watching Chaz throughout the night I wonder if he's nervous because his mom Cher  is in the audience. Chaz really semeed to be so keen on doing this dance so well and considering the problems he was having (physically) I think he did a great job and it was so nice to see Cher cheering him on. He is totally getting stronger physically. Scores: 7/7/7 = 21/30.

J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff Fox Trot – I have to say this dance was absolutely perfect. I was mesmirized. he is an incredible dancer. I don't know why Carrie Ann thought it was not good. Scores: 8/9/9 = 26/30.

What did you think of tonight's dances? Who was your favorite? Who do you think is going home tonight?

Adam Lambert’s Second Album Due in February, March 2012

Adam Lambert and Ross Matthews At 2011 Equality Awards (PHOTOS)

American Idol's Season 8 runner-up (but first in our books) Adam Lambert has a second album in the works and we can expect to see it drop within the first quarter of 2012 namely around the February, March timeframe.

His first album, 'For Your Entertainment' is on the verge of certified platinum (sales in excess of one million units)! This album will be different though in the sense that Adam is very involved with it unlike FYE which was quickly done right after American Idol according to RCA's COO Tom Corson:

“Adam is definitely more involved than ever and I think he's really enjoying that. Those first records when you come off of Idol, the timelines are really tight, so it's an artificial experience. Now he has room to breathe and time, he doesn't have to come off TV, onto a tour and then have an album out for Christmas.”

That makes me even more excited for this album not to mention you know eventually he's going to tour for the new unnamed album. It was originally planned that the album would drop in November, but that isn't happening but Adam's been tweeting the updates to his fans:

OMG Henry Cavill Naked!

OMG Henry Cavill Naked!

No, not really, but it worked when I said he was shirtless. I had to up the ante. He does appear sans shirt, quite a bit, in this behind-the-scenes featurette from Immortals courtesy of Relativity Media and MTV in which Henry Cavill discusses his character, Theseus. "The Gods Need a Hero."

Directed by Tarsem Singh (currently at work on Relativity's Untitled Snow White Project with Lily Collins, Armie Hammer and Julia Roberts), Immortals is a 300-style action adventure drama involving the Gods and Titans in ancient Greece. Theseus is a mortal man chosen by Zeus (Luke Evans/John Hurt) to lead the fight against the ruthless King Hyperion (Mickey Roarke), who is on a rampage across Greece to obtain a weapon that can destroy humanity.

Immortals also stars Kellan Lutz, Isabel Lucas, Frieda Pinto, Stephen Dorff and Stephen McHattie (who was actually in 300) and opens November 11 everywhere.

Bahamian Singer Alex 242 Debuts Single "Let 'Em Know" Featuring Eve

Alex Christine, or Alex 242 as she is known in the music industry is an up and comer that explains her musical name:

“[242 is] my area code,” says the Bahamian native, “I’m proud of it and I grew up there… I want everyone to know I’m from the Bahamas.”

Her music is unlike any other artist out there combining her influences of Gwen Stefani, M.I.A., Lady GaGa and Bahamian group Junkaroo:

“What you're about to get is pretty much a kaleidoscope of sounds,” Alex says. “My album is fused heavily with island music, pop laced with dubstep, and a little urban flare.”

J. Edgar DiCaprio Gets Two New Posters!

J. Edgar DiCaprio Gets Two New Posters!

Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar, starring Leonardo DiCaprio has gotten two new posters, both variations on a theme. I like them both. The red, white and blue version, while seemingly more patriotic, also seems more menacing. But then again, I remember seeing pictures of the man. Eastwood's film explores the public and private life of "one of the most powerful, controversial and enigmatic figures of the 20th century. As the face of law enforcement in America for almost fifty years, Hoover was feared and admired, reviled and revered. But behind closed doors, he held secrets that would have destroyed his image, his career and his life". (Although word is that Eastwood has soft-pedaled what those secrets actually are.)

J. Edgar costars Naomi Watts, Judi Dench, Armie Hammer, Josh Lucas, Ken Howard , Ed Westwick, Lea Thompson, Stephen Root, Jeffrey Donovan and Dermot Mulroney. It's been selected to open the American Film Institute Fest on November 3, ahead of its November 9 US opening. It will open on 20 January in the UK.
