Apple is reporting that co-founder Steve Jobs56 has died after a lengthy battle with cancer and other complications resulting from a 2009 liver  transplant.

Our sincere thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

Apple released the following statement [via TMZ]

"Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. 

Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple."

His family confirmed that the mogul was surrounded by family and friends when he passed and that it was peaceful. They released a statement:

"We are thankful to the many people who have shared their wishes and prayers during the last year of Steve’s illness; a website will be provided for those who wish to offer tributes and memories."

The statement concludes, "We are grateful for the support and kindness of those who share our feelings for Steve. We know many of you will mourn with us, and we ask that you respect our privacy  during our time of grief."

This is a girl who is extremely comfortable with her sexuality and I say you go girl! On top of that she likes to throw the word c*nt around the way people use the word sh*t. Personally I don't have a problem with the word c*nt (as long as it's used very sparingly), I actually find it kind of funny, but I'm a pig and this is why my mother always threatened to send me to a convent. Dancing With The Stars' Hope Solo casually waters her lawn nude for ESPN's body issue. Damn this girl's body is banging. Doesn't it make you want to put the tub of ice cream down, stop dipping your fries into that delicious ketchup and do a stomach crunch or two?

My Happy Hump Day just got a litle less Happy  after a viewer (thanks Ursula) informed me of this article that links Kiefer Sutherland with Canadian songstress Marnie Herald after the two were seen together at a TIFF event in September. Ursula also tells me Marnie was seen with him in Atlanta last week while he was filming.

CBC managed to catch a picture of the duo together, although not together in the holding hands, arms wrapped around each other and making out 'together' sense that I often picture of me and Kiefer. But they at lease 'know' one another.

Much to the delight of his Beliebers, Justin Bieber has released the track listing for his Christmas Album 'Under The Mistletoe' as well as the album artwork although I think that's not new news to his fans.

He teams up with Mariah Carey's for 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' remake. This is his first Christmas Album ever and he teams up not only with Mariah but his mentor Usher for The Christmas song as well as Busta Rhymes (Drummer Boy) and Boyz II Men for 'Fa La La'. 

Under The Mistletoe will be available November 1 (less than a month kids) but on October 18th you'll get to listen to 'Mistletoe' which ought to make the Beliebers freak out and get in the Christmas spirit dreaming of Justin Belieber under their tree.

Are you excited yet? MGM really wants you to be excited for David Fincher's remake of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. They are really pumping out the PR now and we've still got two months to go! Check out the new trailer, which goes further than any of the others without giving anything away. Then below that we've got a four minute clip featuring a snippet of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross' score for the film (the same musical team behind the score for The Social Network) that plays while we get a look at how the new "razor blade" posters are being made. Fincher has set up a viral website with all sorts of behind-the-scenes stuff, too. So far, I have to say the marketing for this film has been pretty clever.

Based on Stieg Larsson's novel, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is, among other things, a murder mystery. Mikael Blomkvist (Daniel Craig), a crusading journalist recently trapped by a libel conviction is hired to investigate the disappearance of a member of one of Sweden's wealthiest families, Harriet Vanger, by her uncle (Christopher Plummer), hindered by the fact that it happened 40 years ago. He is aided by Lisbeth Salander (Rooney Mara), a computer hacker who has her own problems. Together they tap into a vein of unfathomable iniquity and astonishing corruption. It opens December 21 on this Continent and 26 December in the UK.
