Dancing With The Stars Week 10 Finale Recap 11/21/11

Dancing With The Stars Week 10 Finale Recap 11/21/11

Tonight is it kittens. Dancing With The Stars has the fina dances tonight with tomorrow being the crowning of the disco ball trophy to one of these three. Tonight we also get to see their freestyle which is the most-anticipated dance of the night because anything goes! Keep refreshing as we are updating this live!

Ricki Lake and Derek Hough Cha cha cha – This fabulous couple was the first up tonight on this final dance night. Ricki looks really pumped and the judges seem VERY happy with her. She seemed a bit off in timing in a couple of spots but maybe that's just me because the judges are gushing over her. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Ricki. Scores: 9/9/9 = 27/30.

Freestyle – The dance we've all been waiting for. Of course Derek's entrance on the dance floor was nothing short of spectacular. It was very energetic and entertaining. The audience of course LOVED it. Scores: 9/9/9 = 27/30 for a total of 54/60 for the night.

Robert Kardashian and Cheryl Burke Waltz – of all the dancers, Rob is the one that should win the award for coming the farthest. I really didn't think he'd make it this far but I'm glad he showed me wrong. He's worked SO hard. He and Cheryl look beautiful during this dance. My goodness he could really win this and  Ithink that would help his confidence tremendously! Scores: 9/9/9 = 27/30.

Freestyle – I loved Rob's gangsta look. Usually freestyles are a little more fast moving but they are still doing some incredible moves considering the tempo of the music is slower than usual. Rob did amazing!! When he was twirling Cheryl around I really was afraid he would drop her. Luckily he had her by the vagina so all was good. Scores10/10/10 = 30/30 for 57/60.

J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff Cha cha cha – Loved the rehearsal package with Len helping him out. I know he gets crusty but I think he's a sweety for the most part. This was a very sexy and tight cha cha cha. That news that his ankle was okay really helped him out psychologically. He didn't get the best response from the judges because he was off-time. This worries me greatly. Scoares: 8/7/9 = 24/30.

Freestyle – Their rehearsal package looked brutal. I really hope he doesn't hurt her during that crazy stunt they plan on doing. Now this is the kind of freestyle I was hoping to see. Man Karina's body is totally banging in that outfit. What a stellar performance! Scores: 10/20/10 = 30/30 for a totally of 54/60.

Sylvester Stallone Brings You: ‘Rocky’ The Musical

Sylvester Stallone Brings You: 'Rocky' The Musical

Oscar winning Rocky was a very big deal back in the day and in case you need your fix of Rocky Balboa we have some very excellent news for you! Rocky the Musical is coming biatches.

Sylvester Stallone along with the Klitschko boxing brothers (Wladimir used to date Hayden Panettiere) made the announcement at the Rocky The Musical photo call in Hamburg, Germany today. They are joining together to produce the musical along with Kevin King Templeton. You and your boxing gloves will need to exercise some patience because it's not set to hit the stage until November 2012 where the $15 million musical will premiere in Germany.

If you are hoping to see guys beat the crap out of each other on stage, you may be surprised:

"At the end of the day, Rocky is a love story and he could never have reached the final bell without Adrian,” said Stallone. “To see this story coming to life on a musical stage makes me proud. And it would make Rocky proud."

Although Sylvester is going to show more of a romantic side to Rocky, the lead character is getting training from the Klitschko brothers in boxing. That role has yet to be cast.

This is either a really good idea or a really, really bad idea. What do you think? A great idea or no? I guess all depends on how good the script is and it should be quite good as The Producers' Thomas Meehan is writing it and it will include Eye of the Tiger, Gonna Fly Now and Take You back for its music.

More Tom Hardy as Bane and Plot Details for The Dark Knight Rises!

More Tom Hardy as Bane and Plot Details for The Dark Knight Rises!

Well, when I’m wrong, I say I’m wrong. I was wrong about the two covers for Empire magazine and their pics of Batman and Bane. It seems that there is an even more exclusive cover, of Tom Hardy as Bane, being dropped into the mailboxes of subscribers as we speak. I like this one better, don’t  you? Rather than just showcasing the mask, it gives us a little taste of the intensity that Hardy is probably bringing to the character. You don’t hire an actor like Hardy if all you need is a muscle-bound behemouth.

Along with this new cover, we’ve also got a glimpse of what’s inside the mag, including some new images, but most importantly, the information provided. We’re finally getting some hints at the actual plot. First and foremost, The Dark Knight Rises takes place eight years after The Dark Knight. Certainly both Bruce Wayne and Batman will be older, but will they be wiser? What does it mean in terms of their maturity? Has anything changed in terms of lifestyle?

As we reported yesterday, a six minute prologue, basically the first six minutes of the film, will be attached to Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol (as well as the trailer in front of Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows). Per Christopher Nolan, what we’ll get is “…basically the first six, seven minutes of the film. It’s the introduction to Bane and a taste of the rest of the film. With Bane we are looking to give Batman a physical challenge that he hasn’t had before.”

The film’s costume designer, Lindy Hemming (who also performed those duties for Batman Begins and The Dark Knight), revealed some details of Bane’s mask, “He was injured early in his story. He’s suffering from pain and he needs gas to survive. He cannot survive the pain without the mask. The pipes from the mask go back along his jawline and feed into the thing at the back where there are two canisters of what ever it is… the anesthetic.”  I guess that’s not quite the snake venom of the comic books, but close enough. I don’t know a lot about the Dark Knight mythology and its inhabitants, just what I’ve seen in the films. As intense and complex as Heath Ledger’s Joker was, it seems to me that Tom Hardy’s Bane is going to up the ante. If Bane can’t survive without breathing an “anesthetic”, wouldn’t it stand to reason he’s in constant and horrendous pain? What would someone like that be willing to do to someone else? I’m getting chills already, imagining the Bat on Bane action.

Filming on The Dark Knight Rises has just been completed so it’s now in post-production. We won’t be getting the guerilla pics from the streets anymore so we’ll have to rely on whatever Warner Bros. doles out. So far they’re being generous. The Dark Knight Rises opens everywhere July 1, 2012.

Judi Dench Puts Kenneth Branagh in His Place in Clip from My Week with Marilyn!

Judi Dench Puts Kenneth Branagh in His Place in Clip from My Week with Marilyn!

Kenneth Branagh as Sir Laurence Olivier, gets a dressing down from Dame Sybil Thorndike, played by Judi Dench, in this clip from My Week with Marilyn. I can not even imagine anyone talking to Sir Larry this way, but apparently if you’re a both a Dame and an esteemed lioness of the English theater, you can get away with it. He certainly looks abashed.  Dame Sybil is offering moral support to the perpetually tardy Marilyn Monroe (Michelle Williams pictured above with Dougray Scott as Arthur Miller) on the set of 1957’s The Prince and the Showgirl, a film which starred and was directed by Lord Olivier.  Apparently the experience so rattled him that he didn’t direct another film until 1970 (Chekov’s The Three Sisters).

My Week with Marilyn, directed by Simon Curtis is about Colin Clark (Eddie Redmayne), an employee of Sir Laurence Olivier's, who documents the tense interaction between Olivier and Marilyn Monroe during production of The Prince and the Showgirl, as well as his own relationship with the star.

Enjoy the clip, the film opens Wednesday November 23 in the US and Canada and Friday the 25th in the UK.

Breaking Dawn Wedding Dress: Look Like Bella Swan for $799

Breaking Dawn Wedding Dress: Look Like Bella Swan for $799

If you happened to see Breaking Dawn over its opening weekend, you would have seen how beautiful Bella Swan's wedding gown was. That original dress was designed by Carolina Herrera and now a knockoff of that gorgeous dress (that looks just like the one Kristen Stewart wore) can be yours for $799. Doesn't it make you want to get married all over again just to wear the dress?

Alfred Angelo is marketing it under the Twilight Bridal collection. I wonder how many weddings people will attend where the bride is wearing this (or a very similar) dress. The dress comes in sizes 0-30W. This is what Pippa Middleton should wear when she gets married.

If you didn't see Breaking Dawn my bad for spoiling the dress for you, but if you did see it what did you think of the dress?
