Maksim Chmerkovskiy Curses Carrie Ann Inaba Backstage

Maksim Chmerkovskiy Curses Carrie Ann Inaba Backstage

Do you think there is crazy pent-up sexual tension between Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Carrie Ann Inaba? Ever notice how the mood gets hot and heavy toward the end of a season on Dancing With The Stars? So much at stake with the mirror ball and all the hard work the dancers and celebrities have done. This season (season 13) we haven't  really had to wait until the end because it seemed that there has been tension between the judges and  Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his partner Hope Solo.

Last night it turned a bit ugly when it came time for the judges' comments after Maks and Hope's tango. Carrie Ann was in the middle of critiquing their dance when she noticed Maks with a grin on his face. She stopped her critiquing to say "You can smile like that Maks, it's okay", thinking that smirk was at her. Maks tried to act like 'what' and backstage when asked about Carrie Ann, Maks replied: "F*ck Carrie Ann," "Next question.""I think Carrie Ann has an issue," (apparently he was laughing while saying this).

Hope jumped in and remarked: "Maks is smiling because we should be smiling," she said. " So Carrie Ann, thank you, Maks was smiling. This is my partner. Finally, we're happy!"

You know everyone is entitled to their opinions, and Maks and Hope have every right to defend themselves but while other celebrities have taken the criticism objectively and tried to learn from it, it seems Hope and Maks have taken it as a personal vendetta against them to bring them down. I was really turned off by Hope's attitude last night.

Later on Maks further said:

"I don't know what it is," he said. "I would love to know what it is so that I could address it. But I have no clue what the (expletive) she was talking about."

As for the scoring: "I totally disagreed with the scores, but what else is new," he said.

Watch the video below and tell us what you think? Did Carrie Ann react to nothing? Who do you think is going home tonight?

Guns! Drugs! Girls! Willis! Watch the Trailer for Catch .44

Guns! Drugs! Girls! Willis! Watch the Trailer for Catch .44

The trailer for Catch .44 with Bruce Willis, Forest Whitaker, Malin Akerman, Shea Whigham and Nikki Reed (who replaced Kate Mara), looks as if it’s trying to out-Grindhouse Tarantino.  A more appropriate title might have been Guns! Drugs! And Girls!, but no one asked me.

The setup is this: Everyone has an agenda… and a Magnum to back it up! For Tes (Akerman) and her two cohorts Kara (Nikki Reed) and Tara (Deborah Ann Woll, "True Blood"), the job sounded simple enough: intercept a double-cross drug shipment for their crime boss Mel (Willis) at an isolated diner. But when an unstoppable chain of events unfolds, everyone soon realizes no one is who they seem and the job may be something other than eliminating the competition. What started as simple instructions has now turned into a deadly cat-and-mouse game – with large guns pointed at everyone

Directed by Aaron Harvey, whose only other feature credit is a low budget slasher flick from 2007, Evil Woods, Catch .44 is getting a December release on the 9th (in NY and Charlotte NC –huh?) before hitting dvd and blu-ray on the 20th. (Great last minute gift idea for the Sam Fuller fan?) Actually, it might make a great antidote to all of the “Awards Bait” due out within the next month.  It also might be worth it to watch Oscar winner Forest Whitaker sweat profusely and do a bad Hispanic accent. And you have to know that Brad Dourif will be bringing the crazy. Looks like fun!

Watch as Real Heroes Set Out to Keep Your Battleship Afloat!

Watch as Real Heroes Set Out to Keep Your Battleship Afloat!

You know, I think I conjured this up. I was thinking (and not in a good way) just the other day that we hadn’t heard anything about Battleship in a while. I was sort of hoping maybe I’d dreamt it up in the first place. Well, silly me. Universal Studios just released the first featurette for director Peter Berg's Battleship which is set for release next year. It’s called ‘Real Heroes’ and in it we get to hear from the US Marines and Naval personnel that worked on the film. Most of the extras that you’ll see in this movie are real Marines doing the jobs they do every day and, if nothing else, will lend a look and feel of authenticity to Berg’s ‘vision’. (I have my doubts as to whether a big screen version of a boardgame deserves the USMC and USN, but Berg deserves an 'A for effort'.)

The synopsis: A fleet of ships is forced to do battle with an armada of unknown origins in order to discover and thwart their destructive goals. We’ve already shown you a trailer and some images, now take a look at the featurette.

Battleship stars Taylor Kitsch, Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgård, Brooklyn Decker, Tadanobu Asano, Jesse Plemons and Rihanna in her feature debut.

Battleship sails into the UK on 20 April and the US & Canada on May 18 (What’s up with that??)

Kim Kardashian To Host New Years Eve at TAO in Las Vegas

Kim Kardashian's Curves in 3D for WMB Magazine

The party must go on biatches or Kim Kardashian is locked into a contract that would be too costly to get out of? OR the party must go on biatches (that's my guess and she's probably being paid a handsome amount to appear).

Kim Kardashian will be hosting a New Years Eve celebration at TAO Nightclub in Las Vegas. For $150 you can usher in 2012 with Kim. That price includes a champagne toast at midnight (that's a glass not a bottle).

Since her trip to Australia right after she announced she filed for divorce, we haven't seen much of her as the pressure has been a bit much. If brother Robert Kardashian gets into the finals for next week's Dancing With The Stars, I wonder if she will venture out to that?
