R&B hottie, Usher's ex Tameka Foster, is waging war against the singer by not only claiming he is violating their many provisions in their custody agreement she is asking for a drug test because she feels he gets high. Usher has REFUSED a drug test. Does that mean he's guilty, or is he just not giving in to her crazy demands? She feels that he was 'in delirium' during a January concert in Germany in which he acted in a strange manner onstage and was unable to sing. His reps said he was ill at the time. Tameka charges back:

“I dated him . . . when he’s had a very serious throat condition and he still performs like a champ,” she said. “ I really feel strongly that something was going on there, and it wasn’t, ‘Oh I have laryngitis.’ ”

She made a further claim in the deposition: “I believe he gets high. And if he doesn’t then he’d take the drug test, correct?”

This all started back in January when Usher filed for sole custody of their two sons Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 2 after Tameka refused to let him take them on his world tour.

In addition to the drug test request, she's claiming that he didn't allow her to see the boys last Christmas and that he owes $34,000 in nanny fees. 

Usher's court documents refusing the drug test claim that Tameka's allegations are: “frivolous and unfounded,” and intended to “harass and embarrass” the singer.

These two are no stranger to drama as the rumors of their tumultuous relationship are legend.

The dress Amy Winehouse wore for the cover of her Back To Black album has fetched $67,500 at auction according to Kerry Taylor Auctions in London. That's 4 times the amount it was originally being asked for!

The Foundation Museo de la Moda in Chile won the auction with the proceeds going to the Amy Winehouse Foundation. Amy's father Mitch was at the auction and said:

"We are just over the moon and this is a wonderful start to the foundation," 

The foundation was started after the July 23, 2011 untimely death of the 27 year old singer/songwriter who had long battled drugs and alcohol but, at the time of her death, hadn't taken drugs for 3 years. She did, however, go on a drinking binge which was the cause of her death. The foundation's aim is to help vulnerable young people.

A posthumous album featuring never heard songs from Amy will be released December 6.

It looks like baby Mason is going to be getting a sibling! Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her second baby with her boyfriend Scott Disick.

Kourtney broke the news to US Weekly with a cover that exclaims 'Yes, I'm Pregnant'. I love the line under that, that states how she and Scott went from separate bedrooms to expecting baby number 2. The first thing that popped into my head was how did THAT happen. If you watched the season premiere of Kim and Kourtney in New York you would know that she and Scott sleep in separate rooms because she sleeps with baby Mason. Clearly they had some type of conjugal visit. 

Kourtney 32, is nine weeks along and woke Scott up at 7 in the morning one morning to tell him after she took a pregnancy test. Scott says:

"It wasn't like we weren't trying," Disick, 28, says. "We kind of just said, 'If it's meant to be, it'll be.'"

Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of the King of Pop Michael Jackson on November 7, 2011 and today is his day to be sentenced.

While his lawyer seemed to be grasping at straws to plead with the judge as to why Dr. Murray shouldn't receive the full four year sentence, it was beyond lame. 

The judge in the case Judge Michael Pastor didn't mince words when it came to handing down his sentence.  The Judge was horrified that Dr. Murray would record Michael Jackson in his most vulnerable state and felt that it was done as an 'insurance policy'. The Judge was horrified at how Dr. Murray has taken no responsibility for his part in the death of Michael Jackson. The judge says he unquestionably violated the patient/doctor. trust on a nightly basis. 'Dr. Murray abandoned his patient'.  His actions are a disgrace to the medical profession. 'Gross continuing deviation' not a single incident.

Request for probation is denied.  The judge does not have the legal authority to send him to State prison (he will serve his sentence in county jail). He has sentenced him to the full 4 years because Murray 'abandoned' his patient while he was vulnerable. Dr. Murray's course of conduct was over a period of time, he lied, he covered up his actions, he violated the trust of the medical community and his patient and he has absolutely no sense of remorse and no sense of fault, and IS and remains dangerous.'

January 23, 2012 is the court date for the restitution amount to be decided in which he has to pay the Jackson family. Dr. Conrad Murray is not required to appear at this court date.

Dr. Conrad Murray WILL be appealing this sentence and has 60 days in which to file the paperwork.

Apparently it’s Daniel Craig Day here at I Need My Fix. After a first look at that British GQ cover, now we have seven fresh images from David Fincher’s The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.  I’m not sure what more I can say about this one that I haven’t been saying for the past few months. I become more anxious to see the damn thing every time I see a tv spot or the trailer in a movie theater. I’d actually really like it if we got a new one, and we probably will get one more before the film’s released, I just wish they’d hurry up about it. We’re now only three weeks away here in the US and Canada since they’re releasing it on December 21, the Wednesday before the big holiday weekend. The UK has to wait until Boxing Day, the 26^th.

The pics give us more Daniel Craig as Mikael Blomqvist as well as Rooney Mara as Lisabeth Salander, but we also get Christopher Plummer (whose other film this year, Beginners, just shared a win with Terrence Malick's Tree of Life for Best Feature at the Gotham Awards) as mysterious Vanger clan patriarch, Henrik, Stellan Skarsgard as Martin Vanger and Robin Wright as Blomqvist’s on/off lover, Erika Berger.

So far we’ve had lots of images of Kristen Stewart as Snow White for the new millennium (or one of them anyway) in full armor and on a horse, filming scenes from Rupert Sanders' Snow White and the Huntsman. We’ve seen some of Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman, we’ve had our first trailer and even a brief behind the scenes peek. Well now, (thanks to ComicBookMovie) we’ve finally got our first real look at the Prince, Sam Claflin.

I’ll admit I was skeptical, since I know virtually nothing about this guy. From his imdb headshot I was afraid Claflin would be too slight for us to root for him to get the girl, especially since he’ll be pitted, on screen at least, against Chris Hemsworth. Looking at his list of credits I realized I’d seen him in both “Pillars of the Earth” and “Any Human Heart” although he didn’t make an impression on me. But from these pics, he does seem to be appropriately handsome enough to play someone called Prince Charming (actually his name is Prince William).

The synopsis for this version: In the epic action-adventure Snow White and the Huntsman, Kristen Stewart plays the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Charlize Theron), who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the young woman threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Hemsworth) who was dispatched to kill her. Sam Claflin joins the cast as the prince long enchanted by Snow White's beauty and power.

Okay, am I the only one still thinking Charlize Theron has it all over Kristen Stewart? In any case, I have to say I like what I’ve seen so far of this film, including the style and tone, much more than Tarsem Singh’s Crayola-colored Mirror, Mirror. That film may be first to the box office, but it seems to me that they may end up having two entirely different audiences.

Snow White and the Huntsman also has the more impressive cast, including Ian McShane, Ray Winstone, Toby Jones, Nick Frost, Bob Hoskins, Eddie Marsan and Vincent Regan. It opens June 1 almost everywhere.  Enjoy the pics of the Prince and the set!
