We've all seen those 2007 photos of Oscar De La Hoya prancing around in fishnets and a wig only for him to originally have denied it was the boxing great. Some time later he admitted to having substance abuse issues, entered rehab and admitted it was in fact him in those kinky pictures. The woman that leaked those photos Milana Dravnel ended up settling out of federal court with Oscar where she claimed his people made her admit the pictures were a fake. She ended up going away for $20 million.
A new lawsuit against Oscar De La Hoya claims that not only did he have an alcohol and cocaine infused party with a 'model' (and later her friend) but that he insisted on wearing their lingerie and insisted on having sex. Apparently he wouldn't take no for an answer and while the lawsuit doesn't specifically say rape, it does allege forcible confinement:
“He started to put my stuff on, my underwear. I had a skirt with me. He put that on,” she said.
“He was the exact same size as me. He fit into the tiniest pair of underwear that I had been wearing,” said Cecora, who has posed for Playboy and Maxim. “He was dancing, playing around with my [clothes], playing a woman, very feminine.
“We had intercourse . . . He wasn’t taking no for an answer, as if I could leave. “He ordered drugs to be delivered to the room. I tried to hide them from him to keep him under control, but he just wanted more and more.”
Angelica Marie Cecora 25, told the New York Post that she met Oscar De La Hoya through her modeling website and that the kinky evening took place at The Ritz-Carlton on Central Park South. She says:
“It was beyond kinky,” Things that I don’t even know how to explain were done with him.”
She alleges she was so nervous she called her room mate (if you have access to a phone wouldn't it make more sense to call the police?) who was told to bring sex toys. She brought a dildo, vibrator and a bong. Every time the girls wanted to leave he wouldn't let them. Angelica claims she was asked to perform an extreme sex act which she told him she had never done before.
The two girls tried to sleep and Oscar kept trying to climb into bed with them. In the morning they woke to find all of the drug paraphernalia gone, but not the sex toys. I would imagine those have DNA on them?
If this story isn't unbelievable enough, he stiffed them with the bill. They didn't pay, they took off and Oscar's people came after them to pay for the bill. Now that sounds right out of the bizarre files, doesn't it?
Angelica's lawyer released a statement:
“I think this case is a sad example of abuse of power. Clearly, my client was intimidated and abused by Mr. De La Hoya’s abuse of his celebrity power, his monetary power and his tremendous physical power and presence. It’s never OK to dehumanize and intimidate people, as was done here.”
Her P.R. person says the reason she is going public with this allegation and lawsuit (which alleges the incident to have happened last March 15):
"Angelica is speaking out to stop Oscar from victimizing other women."
I can think of 20 million other reasons why. I'm not saying this didn't happen (it doesn't sound beyond the realm of possibilities with Oscar) but if you were really that concerned, why phone a friend to bring a dildo, bond and vibrator? Why not the police? And yes that is a picture of Angelica.
