Wasn’t I just declaring Tuesday to be a good day because we had three new tv spots for Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows? Well, then today must be a stupendous day, because we have a new one-sheet plus four new character posters as well! Robert Downey, Jr. looks particularly good in his. It’s an artist’s rendering of a photograph, not a Polaroid, but apparently all the chemicals have preserved him. If that’s what the years of abuse has done to him, sign me up, Uncle Crackie!

Noomi Rapace (in her first English-speaking role) looks beautiful as Sim, but I’m concerned about those tiny knives and the delicate way she’s holding them. Does she know what she’s doing? Of course I’m most happy about Jared Harris’ poster. We’ve seen far too little of Professor Moriarty in this ad campaign. (And I’m still chomping at the bit for a look at Mycroft Holmes!). Moriarty as we all know is Holmes’ greatest rival. Sure, he’s every bit as intelligent, but he’s also a sociopath so he may have the edge. The dangerous scheme he’s devised will lead Holmes, Watson and Sim across Europe and back before they’re done. I cannot wait for this!

With Twilight coming to a close soon (I know I know Twihards, it’s very sad, but all good things must come to an end), the next big thing will most likely be The Hunger Games trilogy, based on the novels by Suzanne Collins,  the first  of which is due in theaters in May 2012.

Synopsis: The post-apocalyptic drama takes place in Panem, a North American country that is divided into 12 districts. Every year children between the ages of 12 and 18 must enter their names in a lottery known as “the reaping.” Each district selects a boy and a girl to compete with the representatives of the other districts in a televised fight to the death. The final victor wins a life free from want.

The Hunger Games stars Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks, Lenny Kravitz, Stanley Tucci, Wes Bentley, Toby Jones, Donald Sutherland and Woody Harrelson among many others.

Jennifer Lopez is not just a mother, singer, judge, business person and actress. She is also a producer and the people of MTV have picked up a project of hers in which Grace Parra will write that centers on:

Lina Molina, a recent NYU grad whose being forced to return home to suburban Texas with her eccentric Mexican family care of a dire economy.

The comedy will see Jennifer Lopez's partner Simon Fields and manager Benny Medina as producers on her Nuyorican Productions comedy.

No word on the comedy name or when we will get to see it. This is something I am totally looking forward to. Go JLo!

This is going to get ugly. The Star has claimed the exclusive on the first picture of Justin Bieber's alleged son that he fathered with Mariah Yeater. The 20 year old California native has filed a lawsuit in California claiming Justin is the father of Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater after a 30 second love affair. 

Tomorrow The Star magazine hits stands that gives the exclusive look into Mariah Yeater and the baby and the lawsuit. She apparently told a judge:

"When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back."

"On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby."

She is currently on public assistance and is seeking a paternity test from Justin and asking for financial assistance. Is she a gold-digger or did this really happen? Time will tell and DNA will be swapped.

I don't know who I feel more sorry for: Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez or Mariah given how his fans will probably make her life a living hell.

Update: While I honestly did kind of wonder if Bieber did have sex with this girl (let's face it, he's a horny teenager that has any girl at his disposal) after seeing this I have to say there is NO way she was 'picked' out from all the women there. I'm sorry if that's harsh or judgmental but based on Bieber's 'type' I highly doubt he did this girl. I mean, come on.

Rihanna and her team videotaped the choosing of her album cover for Talk That Talk and after viewing it you can't help but wish you were part of that team. Rihanna is all the way cool and down to earth and I LOVE her hair!

They were making the decision between two covers: one in color with her tongue out and her looking a little bit savage-like and the other was a black and white one showing a bit of a softer side (than the other one).
