Holy Schnikey I’m good. I asked for a new trailer earlier in the week and we got some new tv spots and now we have this! It’s eight minutes of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo! Basically it’s all of the other trailers and clips we’ve already seen all quilted together and the connecting thread is new material that puts what we’ve gotten into a little more context. It also gives us a good sample of the score that we talked about the other day as well. This is very cool! Enjoy!

I’m still not ready to say David Fincher’s remake will be better than the original Swedish version, but there is no longer any doubt in my mind that it will be an out-of-the-ordinary film. Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara star as Mikael Blomqvist and Lisbeth Salander while Christopher Plummer, Robin Wright, Julian Sands, Goren Visnjic, Geraldine James, Steven Berkoff and Stellan Skarsgard round out the rest of the cast. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo opens December 21 in the US and December 26 in the UK.
