TV Spot for Jennifer Aniston & Paul Rudd in Wanderlust!

New Posters for For Ellen, Wrong, On the Ice, Wanderlust and Battleship!

We have a new tv spot for Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston star in Wanderlust, a comedy from director David Wain (Role Models) and producer Judd Apatow about a couple who leaves the pressures of the big city and joins a freewheeling community where the only rule is to be yourself.

George (Rudd) and Linda (Aniston) are an overextended, stressed out Manhattan couple.  After George is downsized out of his job, they find themselves with only one option: to move in with George’s awful brother in Atlanta.

On the way there, George and Linda stumble upon Elysium, an idyllic community populated by colorful characters who embrace a different way of looking at things.   Money?  It can’t buy happiness.  Careers?  Who needs them?  Clothes?  Only if you want them.

Is Elysium the fresh start George and Linda need?  Or will the change of perspective cause more problems than it solves?

The spot is called "Coming to Town". It's probably not a bad thirty second overview of the film, although nothing we didn't see in the trailer. I'm encouraged by the fact that this is an R-rated comedy and isn't trying to pretend to be suitable for kids. (I have to say, Jen must be much less shallow than she's given credit for if she was able to look at Justin Theroux as he appears in this movie and think 'oh yeah, I want some a' that.')

Wanderlust also stars Justin Theroux, Malin Akerman, Kathryn Hahn, Lauren Ambrose, Ken Marino, Joe Lo Truglio, Kerri Kenney-Silver and Alan Alda. Following an LA Premiere next Thursday February 16, Wanderlust opens in the US on February 24.
