Emma Roberts is the last girl on earth that I’d think of going for a Taylor Momsen look.  But yesterday Emma was doing just that as she was spotted out in West Hollywood leaving a salon.

She is such a cutie pie, but that look is horrible.  Turning short denim shorts into a skank outfit doesn’t do Emma any good, she is much too angelic for it!  I am not sure what she is thinking here.  But I am giving it two thumbs down.

Last night was one of the best awards shows of the year!  The 2011 Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards were hosted once again by the beloved Jack Black!

It’s about time!  Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have finalized their custody agreement for their twin sons, Bob and Max.

TMZ is reporting that the agreement includes:

- For the first 2 months … Charlie gets the twins every other weekend, from Saturday AM until Sunday PM.

- The next 2 months Charlie gets the twins every other weekend … Saturday AM until Monday AM.

- The next phase … as long as Charlie and Brooke remain drug and alcohol free — Charlie gets the twins every other weekend … from Saturday morning until Monday morning … AND Wednesday AM until Thursday AM.

- Both parents must submit to random drug testing 3 times a month.

- Both parents must have their regular nannies with them at ALL times when they have the kids.

Charlie’s nasty “goddesses” are banned from showing any PDA toward Bob and Max.  And finally, neither Charlie or Brooke are allowed to be romantic with anyone publicly, in front of the cameras if the twins are also with them.

That is a lot of nit-picky details… but if it keeps everyone happy, safe, and “healthy” then it’s all good, right?

Tonight Rebecca Black has a new gig,  as a reporter at Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards.  Thanks to none other than Ryan Seacrest of course.

He’s also the one who got her a recording contract.  She seems sweet and everything, but why is Ryan helping her out so much, to launch this music career when the entire planet is screaming, “she can’t sing!”???

Either way, the KCAs are a riot and you should definitely tune in.  Last year Katy Perry got slimed… HUGE.  It was hilarious.

Lindsay Lohan hasn’t been on a red carpet or to a premiere in over nine months.  But on Thursday night, she went to the Manhattan premiere of Jake Gyllenhaal‘s The Source Code.

Last night on American Idol, the Top 11 were cut to the Top 9 thanks to Casey Abrams getting the save last week.  The bottom three were Naima Adedapo, Thia Megia, and Paul McDonald.  I was a bit surprised that Paul was there, I thought that it was going to be Stefano Langone.  But it didn’t really matter because Naima and Thia were the ones to go and that is exactly who I thought would be voted off.

I just watched Bethenny Frankel on George Lopez a couple of nights ago and I have to say, I really like this girl.  She is seriously FUNNY.  She doesn’t hold back for a second and she’s so down to earth.  I could so hang out with her.  She started out on the  Real Housewives of New York, then went onto Bethenny Getting Married, and now Bethenny Ever After has been picked up for a third season.

Bravo is very happy with the average 1.4 million viewers she is bringing in every Monday night and so there will be more.  I am so glad and very happy for her.  Bethenny works really hard and she is so not your typical “real housewives” stereotype.

I know there are a lot of anti-Bethenny people out there, I just don’t get why?

Congrats on a third season girl!  You deserve it!

Let’s just say these two have something special on Dancing With The Stars.  Most of the tabloids will be spinning Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Kirstie Alley‘s relationship into something sexual and dirty.  Well, they have a great relationship and it’s not at all dirty.  Well, not more than in a very playful way.  They just eat each other up and I so enjoy watching them together.

Kirstie talked with Life & Style about her winning strategy for the show,

“I’m going to do what Maks tells me to do. I’m his obedient puppy!”

She wants to give Maks some incentive too,

“Oh, I’m tempted to say the sickest s–t in the world! Just sick, nasty stuff,” she says with a sly smile.

They shared a funny kiss at the end of their latest performance and everyone went nuts for it.  Harmless fun.  I loved it.

“I knew he’d be a great teacher and handsome, but I didn’t know he’d also be really funny.”

And Maks loves her right back,

“She’s a stunning woman.  She’s amazing, and everything she says is very fast and very smart and very clever. I’ve never laughed this much in my life.  I’m the mature one in the partnership.  So age is not an issue there.”

I love their chemistry and I am cheering them all the way.  These two have something special and I am so very glad she chose to go on the show.  Go Kirstie!
