Don’t shoot the messenger Bieber haters. Justin Bieber has passed Michael Jackson’s box-office record. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Justin Bieber’s ‘Never Say Never’ has earned more at the box office domestically than the posthumus Michael Jackson movie ‘This Is It’:

Through Sunday, Justin Bieber had earned $72.2 million at the domestic box office. Sony’s This Is It grossed $72.1 million domestically.

Keep in mind, Justin Bieber has passed Michael Jackson in the domestic markets. Not so in the overseas department. Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ has earned $189.1 million overseas. Internationally Justin Beiber has earned $10.8 million which they say is still a good amount considering concert video movies don’t usually do well at the box office.

Ask the Jonas Brothers. Their film made $4 million internationally. I’m sure you and I would love to make $4 million internationally (or domestically for that matter) but that’s petty cash to people who earn millions a year.

Not only is it gross that Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina has a sex tape (in my mind she’s still 10 years old) some old dude is shopping it around.

But what makes matters worse? She was underage at the time the video was shot. That’s beyond disgusting. I’m not judging her when I say that. She was a minor, although in this day and age and considering who her parents are, you would think she would know better. Apparently old dude thinks that because she is NOW 18, it’s okay to shop around a video of her when she was 16. Duhhhhh.

MediaTakeOut.com was approached by this guy with the tape who claims it is freaky and explicit. MTO did not view it and will not link to it. Who in their right mind would? They really shouldn’t call the guy with the tape a gentleman either. He’s not one.

If anyone posts this video, or stills from it I hope they are jailed.

The passengers on the crazy train that is Charlie Sheen’s life are starting to jump. First off the train was Chuck Lorre, CBS and Warner Brothers, and now his long-standing publicist Stan Rosenfield has quit.

Earlier today Charlie Sheen gave a very candid interview to TMZ where he blamed pretty much everyone for his situation but himself. That interview referenced his drunken rage in New York where he thought a watch was stolen and trashed The Plaza Hotel room that he was in. He stated his publicist did the best he could (coming up with an excuse) but had he been conscious he would have come up with something better.

Nothing like having the client you have served for several years throw you under the bus like that in his over-inflated ego maniacal trance-like state that he seems to be in, huh?

Well that seems like it was the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back and Rosenfield issued this statement when he quit:

“I worked with Charlie Sheen for a long time and I care about him very much, however, at this time, I’m unable to work effectively as his publicist and have respectfully resigned.”

Charlie Sheen always having to have the last word, issued his own response:

“P**sy. He’s not allowed to quit, so you’re fired.”

Whether or not he’s on drugs, who knows, but he’s coming across like a ranting-raving lunatic. If he’s so ‘fine’ with his life choice he shouldn’t be so angry. There’s ways to deal with injustices and talking to everyone who will listen (hello Michael and Dina Lohan) doesn’t paint you in the best light. At all. At least to the right people that is.

Oh, and if Charlie returns to Two and a Half Men (as if at this point) he wants a raise from $2 million per episode to $3 million per episode.

The coupling of Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez now makes complete sense. Not only has she got the man arms that he loves so much, she loves porn. He strikes me as the type that does too. And no, that isn’t a judgment. I just thought these two seemed like an odd couple together but now it’s not so odd.

How cute are Celine Dion’s twin babies? The Canadian songstress Celine, 42,  is back in Las Vegas where she starts rehearsals for her new show that is set to debut March 15 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Celine is holding her son Nelson Angelil while her husband and manager Rene Angelil, 69, is holding baby Eddy. To Rene’s left is their son Rene-Charles Angelil, 10. The little bundles of joy were born October 23, 2010 making them less than 4 months old.

Move over Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva. It seems that daily things are going from bad to worse for the Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry custody battle that’s brewing with a he-said/she-said story popping up daily.

It all began with a split that was by all accounts considered amicable. Until Gabriel filed court documents to establish his parental rights. That’s when it all hit the fan.

That’s when Halle had to bow out of a film so she could vigorously protect her daughter from Gabriel, who she had serious issues with as a father to their child. Up until his court filing, they were apparently working things out. Halle’s camp issued a very strong statement:

“Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.” She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention,” her rep says.

Some might argue the timing is a little too suspect. Some might say she was taking the high road until she felt cornered. Everyone’s got an opinion. What do you think?

Yesterday came allegations that Gabriel hurled the ‘n’ word at Halle with allegations he demeaned her on a regular basis. Apparently there are texts to back up this claim. Claims that Nahla is now suddenly terrified of Gabriel also came out yesterday when a source in Halle’s camp said that Nahla starts crying hysterically and throwing tantrums whenever Gabriel picks her up for visits and that Halle is convinced something bad is happening to her child.

Protecting the child is the number one priority here without question. When there are allegations such that Halle’s camp is making, they should always be investigated in the best interest of the child. That’s a given. But the timing of these allegations does not lend to Halle’s credibility.

If there were issues, the question becomes why didn’t Halle initiate the filing of court documents protecting her daughter? Why wait until Gabriel files legal papers for his parental rights? Maybe she didn’t want to go public with any of this and for all we know she could have been working on it in the background all along.

TMZ is reporting today that a former girlfriend of Gabriel’s is now coming forward stating that he was “very disrespectful to women” during the two years they dated and she is going to be reaching out to Halle shortly. They have mutual friends apparently. She states that Gabriel is borderline racist which would back Halle’s claims up.

RadarOnline is reporting today that a friend of Gabriel’s is stating it’s all bullsh*t and that Gabriel has voicemails, emails and texts of Halle and her psycho-drama where she goes all Mel Gibson on him. Probably no where near as bad, but you get the point. You should go check out all that this ‘source’ has to say but here’s a snippet:

“I honestly think Gabriel should release some of these messages he has from Halle, and tell his side of the story, but he won’t, he said he’s going to save them for family court, which will be a private, press-free environment. I know it sounds like I’m painting a picture but Gabriel truly does not want to do anything at all that could potentially damage his daughter, and he knows attacking Halle in the press would ultimately do that.

This source claims that Halle told Gabriel he was only good for one thing and ‘thanks for the donation’. Ouch. So is this a case of him getting even by filing court papers, or is this a father who truly wants to be a part of his daughter’s life? He’s remained pretty tight lipped with the exception of the one statement his camp released:

“While Gabriel is disappointed in Halle’s decision to falsely malign him publicly and for her own purposes, he refuses to be pulled into her dispute over a canceled film production. Gabriel also refuses to air their issues in the press as he believes this may ultimately harm their daughter. The fact is that Gabriel is a caring father who shares custody of Nahla,”

“Gabriel fully believes that a consistent and balanced living situation and two loving parents are crucial for their child even if Ms. Berry feels otherwise. He will always defend his rights as a father and will always consider Nahla’s best interest. Halle’s continuing allegations in the press are untrue and irresponsible.”

So there you have it. It’s looking like this fight is getting uglier and uglier by the minute. The only people who will gain in a situation like this are the lawyers and the one person who loses the most is Nahla.

We may never know the truth in this situation (like it’s our business), but in a lot of custody battles the fight doesn’t always have anything to do with the child but is more of a vindictive play of the former couple with issues of control and ego getting in the way of what is most important: Nahla.
