It’s Friday and what better way to end the week than with some hot chicks in bikinis, right? Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio and Candace Swanepoel prance around poolside in Los Angeles in conjunction with Victoria’s Secret 15th Anniversary of The Swim Catalogue.

Miranda gets her svelte figure the old-fashioned way:

‘The first step is eating healthy. I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy.  ‘I love spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli.’

‘I’m pretty much 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent, because I don’t believe in depriving yourself.’

And that also includes exercise such as Yoga, Pilates and low resistant weight training:

“I also like to go on the stepping machine if I’m a hotel and I can’t get outside”

Personally I find running all over gawds green acres stalking delectable man meats keeps my pasty white ass in shape.  :)

The Black Eyed Peas performed, and the Victoria’s Secret queen of the show, Heidi Klum strutted her gorgeous body down the runway ONE MONTH after giving birth to her fourth child!!!

New models Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lindsay Ellingson, Emanuela de Paula, Chanel Iman and Candice Swanepoel joined the show while the ‘old-timers’ Marissa Miller, Alessandra Ambrosio and Miranda Kerr continued with their signature walks down the runway.

Brazilian supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio is offering a reward for information that leads to the safe return of her beloved Maltese terrier Buddha that recently went missing leaving the model “devastated”.

A friend has posted a reward notice online. It reads: “Alessandro Ambrosio’s”4 pound maltese named Buddha got out and is lost. He is tie dyed (sic) blue and green and is lost please help in anyway possible. She loves her dog so much and there is a large reward if someone returns him. He was lost in Beverly Hills.”

The message adds, “If anyone finds a Blue and Green little dog please call 310 396 4400 or email Helpfindbuddha@gmail.com.”

Why do people dye their dogs?  I don’t understand that.  They aren’t pieces of clothing or toys.
