Did you watch Dancing With The Stars tonight? Were you surprised by anything? Who do you think will be going home tomorrow night?

Audrina Patridge & Tony Dovolani did pretty good on their dance but I think my favourite part was when they showed the clip during their rehearsal time and how Tony said if they didn’t get three 8’s he would wax his legs.  Their score was 8/8/7. I almost think Bruno did that on purpose, lol.  So next week we will see the footage of his wax job and I can’t wait. I’ve seen photos of him getting his back waxed so he knows what he’s in for   8/8/7

I didn’t really like Chelsie Hightower making Michael Bolton coming out of a dog house. I think that was humiliating for him, but being the good sport he was he did it. I don’t believe for one minute her intention was to humiliate him.  She’s too sweet for that, but it was an ill-conceived idea.  I would have told my partner to stuff it. It served no value to their dance although I understand because the song was ‘Hound Dog’. It was still unnecessary.  4/5/3

I didn’t think Brandy & Maksim Chmerkovskiy’s dance was all that good.  Brandy wasn’t as good as I thought she would be.  What made it worse was how she treated him both during rehearsals and as they were standing in front of the judges.  It wasn’t nice at all.  Not cool. 7/7/7

Jennifer Grey & Derek Hough were OUTSTANDING at the Jive.  Its unbelievable she is 50!! I love her spirit and personality during her dance. 8/8/8

Rick Fox & Cheryl Burke did pretty good.  You have to admit for a big guy he’s pretty smooth  7/7/7.

Florence Henderson & Corky Ballas – You know for a 76 year old lady she is pretty awesome. And she made Len happy! If you notice her first two scores are her age? Coincidence? No way.  I’m kidding. Don’t send emails 7/6/6.

Margaret Cho & Louis Van Amstel –  Their Jive was better than last week’s dance. At times she lacked a little ‘energy’ but holy crap what a switch from last week.  6/6/6

Kyle Massey &  Lacey Schwimmer –  I love his personality on the dance floor He’s so adorable and he cracks me up. Their Quick Step was pretty good!  8/7/7

Kurt Warner & Anna Trebunskaya I loved it when Kurt said  ‘I’ve been booed by lots of people, one old guy from England isn’t going to bother me’  Anna looked really hot in her outfit. He was pretty good. I think Brooke Burke has a crush on him she always gets this smirk on her face.  It’s a different smile than normal  7/7/7

Mike Sorrentino & Karina Smirnoff did the Quick Step and he looked good cleaned up.  They were off a bit in some of their steps but I think he tried really hard.  6/6/6

Bristol Palin & Mark Ballas did the Quick Step and although I think she’s a bit nervous she was actually quite good!! 7/8/7

Last night’s winners of the Dancing With The Stars‘ disco ball trophy, Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough, along with the other two finalists Evan Lysacek, Anna Trebunskaya, Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are in New York today to make the talk show circuit and are pictured here on Good Morning America this morning.

The first video is of all 6 of them in the studio and the second video is of them outside taking questions from the audience and via email.

One question of course was whether Maksim and Erin are dating to which they sidestepped the question quite well, although Erin ‘slipped up’ and referred to him as my man. One thing is for sure, they aren’t answering the question point blank.

It’s hard to believe the season is over.

March 26 has been declared Evan Lysacek Day in Naperville, Illinois!

Olympic gold champion and Dancing With The Stars‘ celebrity Evan Lysacek was honoured in his hometown of Naperville yesterday where Mayor A. George Pradel presented him with the honour and a key to the city at the Millennium Carillon on Rotary Hill.

Evan’s dance professional Anna Trebunskaya attended with him.  What a great honour and well-deserved.

After last night’s season premiere of Dancing With The Stars, some of the stars and dancers (and a few others) attended the gifting suite to honour the 10^th Season of the show where they posed with various pieces of merchandise.  *sigh* This is my dream.  To walk into a room and be told ‘pick anything you want and it’s free’.

Besides Chelsie Hightower and her partner Jake Pavelka, his incorrect choice in ‘fiancee’ (notice the quotes) Vienna Girardi attended as did another Bachelorette Jillian Harris and her douchebag of a fiancé Ed Swiderski.  It’s so early in the  day to have such a potty-mouth isn’t it?

Former DWTS’ alumni Marlee Matlin and Joanna Krupa attended too as did professional dancer Julianne Hough.  I really miss Julianne on the show and Lacey Schwimmer as well.  Maybe next year?  We can only hope.

It’s lovely that the group from Dancing With The Stars remain friends and are supportive of one another years after dancing together.

Cheryl Burke appeared on stage with her former partner Wayne Newton at his Once Before I Go Show in Las Vegas where her fellow dancers joined her:

Joining them were Wayne Newton’s wife, Kathleen McCrone, Alison Fiore, Vanna White, Drew Carey, Holly Madison (also a DWTS alumni), Carrot Top, Alicia Jacobs, and Tracey Davis.

Given that it’s Wayne Newton’s concert and Cheryl Burke was his DWTS dance partner and she is on stage with him, I suppose I should have made their picture the main one, but I heart Sabrina Bryan.  So sue me.
