Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole filed suit today in the Supreme Court of New York. According to Gossip Cop Scavo alleges the knuckle dragging perv:

Sent another massage therapist text messages requesting that she and Scavo “get together” with him. She claims Favre treated her like a “hanging slab of meat” during his 2008 season with the Jets.

Court documents allege Favre sent messages reading, “Brett here, you and Crissy want to get together, I’m all alone” and “Kinda lonely tonight, I guess I have bad intentions.

‘I guess I have bad intentions’. That almost sounds kind of awkward if not pathetic. Scavo’s husband called Brett and demanded an apology. Not only did she not get one, she and O’Toole were never hired again. That’s not suspect now is it?

Brett Favre is trying to pry his manstick out of Jenn Sterger’s lethal grip and back into his own.  His first attempt happened when he confessed to leaving voicemails on Sterger’s phone.  But he has denied the dong pics.  If all there has been were some naughty voicemails, I think that Favre would have come forward sooner.  I think he is bluffing, hoping to pay off Sterger since she’s keeping a firm grip on her Brett Favre dong photo gallery.

Brett Favre really needs Jenn Sterger to keep his manhood (photos) in her hand. That’s the only saving grace that Favre can hope for.  The NFL investigation won’t go any further without the penis pics and Sterger has all the power.  Her little cell phone is like a loaded gun, cocked and ready to shoot.  OMG.  I did just say that…..

Her lawyer, Joseph Conway told TMZ,

“We just spoke to the NFL. We are continuing our dialogue, and all options are still on the table.”

In other words, Jenn Sterger is waiting for Brett Favre to fold and pay her off.  If that weren’t the case, we’d never have known about the dong pictures in the first place.  The only reason Sterger is holding out is for cash.  But we all know that Brett Favre doesn’t want to go that route, that would be him admitting what he did.  As if we don’t know it’s true already.  He has already shamed himself and his family.  The guy is a grandpa for crying out loud.  I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.

Brett Favre, either take the fall and admit what you did publicly or pay off the hussy and let’s get on with it.  Oh, and while you’re at, save us all the annoying trouble later and announce your FINAL retirement now.

Minnesota Vikings star quarterback, Brett Favre just turned 41 yesterday.  He's supposedly happily married and has two children with his loving wife, Deanna.  Brett even became a grandfather this year.   He has retired and come out of retirement repeatedly, to the disdain of many.  At this point, I am thinking that Brett Favre is wishing he'd stayed retired this time.

On October 8, the NFL began investigating Favre for allegedly sexting and leaving lewd voice messages for "Gameday" host, Jenn Sterger during his 2008 season with the New York Jets. The investigation is in response to the voice mails and pictures posted on the website Deadspin the previous day.

So is this another Tiger Woods situation?  A seemingly stand up guy turns out to be a scandalous cheater?  Mr. Wrangler jeans, down home, good guy turned sexting, manparts flashing scumbag?

Should we be surprised?  I was at first.  I mean this is Brett Favre we are talking about here and he's never given us any indication that he could be capable of being such a dog.  But perhaps that's the lesson learned here.  All the nice guys out there might just be worse that the outwardly naughty boys.

Honestly, what kind of guy propositions team masseuses for sex and sends sideline reporters pictures of his manhood, thinking it's going to get him a piece of action. And why on earth would you leave such a 'digital trail' of your raunchy tendencies? Seriously Brett Favre.  You haven't come out and denied these accusations, so I am thinking it all must be true.

What does this mean for his career?  Well, Ben Roethlisberger just came off of a four game suspension for acting like a douche in Georgia.  He was never convicted of anything.  But, commissioner Roger Goodell didn't care.  He laid down the NFL law and suspended his butt.  If you think that Brett Favre is going to get away with this scandal, think again.

I would be willing to bet that this Brett Favre scandal will end with his permanent retirement.   We can only hope.
