Carrie Underwood covers the June, 2012 issue of Glamour Magazine in which she opens up about her relationship with her hubby of 22 months, Canadian hockey player Mike Fisher. Despite the fact he's an athlete and on the road, she rests easy knowing he's always behaving himself:

"he's the only guy I've never had to worry about." "Any guy I've ever dated, there would always be that doubt: 'He didn't answer his phone. What's he doing? It's late.' I'm not the crazy-girlfriend type, but there was a little voice in the back of my head," Underwood says. "I don't have to worry about Mike. I don't think twice. He's going out? I don't care; it doesn't bother me. I don’t bat an eye."

That is SO important. Especially in their industries where temptation is always there and you are separated all the time. The time apart works in their favor:

"We're both independent people, so we can't have somebody around 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The drawback is that we can go weeks without seeing each other."

Let's hope that changes should they retire together. Despite their material wealth they aren't materialistic (even though she throws those Louboutins in our shoe-loving faces):

"I think it would be very hard to write about my Louboutins. Do you know what I mean? My giant house, it's not relatable. But my husband came from a small town and hardworking parents like I did, and I don't think we've lost the mind-set," "We don't have a bowling alley in our basement. We don't have houses on the beach and one in New York and one in L.A. I drive a three-year-old Ford Escape Hybrid. We don't care about stuff like that."

Carrie Underwood has told her fans that a single to album number 4, Good Girl is going to be released soon. While the album doesn't have a title as of yet, she's really excited about this new song and says we will love it:

"It's upbeat, it's fun, you stomp your feet, and you can dance to it," the singer reveals. "It's got this really rockin' verse, and this really rockin' country chorus. It's just a really cool song."

She also doesn't give a specific date but hopefully 'soon' means in the next month or less! As soon as the audio to the song is released you can bet we'll have it for you. What do you think of the cover art for the single? Doesn't she look gorgeous?

How fitting that one of American Idol’s greatest success stories, Carrie Underwood, teamed up with new American Idol judge (and rock legend) Steven Tyler for a very hip version of Walk This Way at last night’s Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Carrie looks to be really enjoying rocking out with Steven. And to a standing audience no less. Enjoy the video!

Taylor Swift’s gown at last night’s 2011 Academy of Country Music Awards was gorgeous. She looked like a princess, but a not-so-happy princess in the photos. She really isn’t smiling so much.

Julianne Hough also looked gorgeous but went for the va-va-voom sexy look with a backless coral-coloured dress.

The ladies of the red carpet at the 2011 Academy of Country Music Awards, for the most part, were gorgeous. The men? Well, some of them had very interesting outfits like Ira Dean, but some of them like Keith Urban managed to look very hot. But then again, Keith Urban always does look hot. He could show up on the red carpet in sweat pants with the elasticized bottoms and he would still probably look hot. Wife, Nicole Kidman was by his side and as per usual, these two looked very smitten and happy to be together. I love it!

Hilary Duff looks like a gorgeous California surfer girl at the premiere of Soul Surfer in Los Angeles last night. The twenty-three year old actress, entrepreneur and wife of Canadian hockey player Mike Comrie is rocking some bangs and very blonde hair that gives her a whole different look. Do you like?

The movie is based on the real-life story of Bethany Hamilton:

A teenage surfer girl summons the courage to go back into the ocean after losing an arm in a shark attack.

Also in the movie is Helen Hunt, 47, who shows us how to age gracefully. She looks amazing, as does Blue Lagoon (1980) star Christopher Atkins who is 50 years old.

Carrie Underwood, Joe Jonas and a bunch of other celebrities attended the premiere that you can see after the break.

Carrie Underwood and her NHL man, Mike Fisher have been married since last summer, but they haven’t really been living together, full time.

But guess what?  Mike got traded from the Ottawa Senators to the Nashville Predators and is going to relocate to live with Carrie in Nashville!

Yay!  That’s how it should be.  They are doing so well too for being apart a lot.  Now they don’t have to be.  I love it.  Carrie talked about the big move,

“We will both truly miss Ottawa,” Underwood said in a statement Thursday. “Mike has been such a big part of the community, and I will never forget how they welcomed me with open arms. We obviously love Nashville, and the teams’ decision for him to now play with the Predators is an exciting opportunity for Mike. I support him wherever he plays!”

Mike talked about this big transition,

“It’s hard, it’s a bit of a shock [and it ] still hasn’t sunk in yet,” he said. “The hardest part is the goodbyes to people. That’s tough. I’m excited about Nashville, about the Predators. If a trade was going to happen and there was a place I had to go, it would be Nashville. I’m excited about being a part of that team, they’re a very good team.  I’m sure my wife won’t be disappointed … I think it will be a great place for me and the family.”

Change is definitely hard.  But this kind is so worth it.

I am a huge fan of Carrie Underwood and been since her first audition on American Idol.  Those Idol days are long gone and the newlywed princess is better than ever when she takes the stage these days.  With the love of her new husband glow in her eyes, Carrie performed at the Nassau Coliseum in New York City as part of her Play On Tour.

Carrie Underwood & Mike Fisher Got Married

I love all of Carrie’s ensembles here.  She usually wears a lot of leg baring outfits, but I think she’s toning it down a tad and saving her skin for her hubby, Mike Fisher.  I doubt he wants to share any of Carrie’s hotness with her drooling fans.  Carrie is gorgeous. Plain and simple.

Carrie Underwood is simply glowing as she appeared on the Today Show’s Concert Series at Rockefeller Centre in New York wearing a school girl type of outfit with some very awesome booties. And I mean awesome.  Don’t you worry, I have included a close up picture of those bad boys.

I can’t tell you how many pictures there were of her flashing her wedding band. I’ve included a lot but trust me when I say there were more.  But that’s okay.  She’s newly married and she’s married to one very hot Canadian hockey player that goes by the name of Mike Fisher.

Carrie sang Cowboy Casanova and gushed to Matt Lauer that married life isn’t really all too different from their dating life.  I have to say since Mike Fisher has been in her life, this girl hasn’t lost her grin.

I hope they have a very happy married life together.
